that girl gets up early every day motivated by the day that is about to begin, she does a physical activity that she loves, she eats healthy, she takes long walks in nature while listening to her favorite music, she romanticizes every moment of her life and if a problem occurs she can solve it
that girl loves herself, takes care of her body, protects her energy and knows how to set limits, she also takes care of those she loves
there is nothing impossible for her because she knows that she can achieve anything she sets her mind to because she has already achieved it before
she appreciates every minute of her life because she loves her life and everything she does every day
she can get through the hard times and allows herself to rest if she needs to but when she pulls herself together she knows she will keep on going
she is perfect because she is herself and knows her worth, wherever she goes she is received with love and is always surrounded by positivity and good people
that girl has a special magnetism, she is attractive, she is abundant and charismatic
at night she plans the next day, prepares for bed with small rituals like a hot bath with bath salts and lights a candle with her favorite scent, meditates and continues to believe in her goals

Dress up! Do your makeup and hair. Dress nice. Put on jewelry. It's hard to want to sit at home and do nothing when you put effort into making yourself look amazing. Plus the confidence boost helps you perform better as well! This has helped me so much you have no idea.
I don't want to go to class? I put on some makeup and now I don't wanna waste the makeup by sitting at home, so I'll get coffee. Well I'm already out and driving in the direction of class, might as well just go.
I don't want to study? I put on a cute outfit. Shit I might as well go to the bar down the road that has amazing wifi and get a drink and study. I look super cute and don't wanna sit at home.
I have a super important presentation? Let me look like a boss bitch. That red lip and winged liner combo. Those heeled booties. That cute cropped blazer. My favorite small hoops. Damn even if I don't do well, I look amazing and feel so good about myself.
Now, this method took a while to help me. I'm an extremely self conscious person and always hated how I looked. But doing this also helped with that quite a bit too. I started simple. A baseball cap and some eyeliner. Maybe a pair of heels and jeans. Eventually I built confidence and doing this has helped me so much with my productivity too!
