Honour the little girl inside of you, the little girl that was abused, hurt, abandoned, who felt she was never enough. Let her feel safe, let her know she is loved, tell her everyday. Make her feel so special, she deserves it, keep her clean and warm and nourish her with the nutritious foods. Let her feel free. Let her embrace the things she loved doing, skating in the park, jumping on the trampoline, painting, running, swimming, making sandcastles, girly sleepovers, making stories, playing dressup. It might sound silly, it might sound irrelevant but honouring the little kid inside of you is going to bring you so much joy and fulfilment. That little version of you, still exists, and deserves to be honoured. Give yourself the love and care, and joy that was stolen from you as a child.

who is that girl? being that girl is not a trend, it is being our best version every day

that girl gets up early every day motivated by the day that is about to begin, she does a physical activity that she loves, she eats healthy, she takes long walks in nature while listening to her favorite music, she romanticizes every moment of her life and if a problem occurs she can solve it

that girl loves herself, takes care of her body, protects her energy and knows how to set limits, she also takes care of those she loves

there is nothing impossible for her because she knows that she can achieve anything she sets her mind to because she has already achieved it before

she appreciates every minute of her life because she loves her life and everything she does every day

she can get through the hard times and allows herself to rest if she needs to but when she pulls herself together she knows she will keep on going

she is perfect because she is herself and knows her worth, wherever she goes she is received with love and is always surrounded by positivity and good people

that girl has a special magnetism, she is attractive, she is abundant and charismatic

at night she plans the next day, prepares for bed with small rituals like a hot bath with bath salts and lights a candle with her favorite scent, meditates and continues to believe in her goals

do you want to be that girl? 🤍

Every year of my life, I realize how little I knew the year before, about myself, the world, others. And it both fascinates and terrifies me, how ignorant I really am. Growing up seems to be a lifetime journey toward the death of our own ignorance.

being surrounded with winter garden, living alone in the big cottage with a lot of art works and books, wearing long fur coat and gloves, drinking mulled wine, baking bread with herbs, walking with dog and being a strange, but friendly person for your neighbors

Keep your goals and news to yourself no matter how little or big. You speak too soon and it’ll all go downhill. Trust me on this. People are out there waiting to give you the evil eye. Manifest your success in silence, let your results speak for themselves. No one can touch you once you’ve accomplished what you desired.
