here’s your daily reminder to visualize the person you want to and will become as soon as you wake up and as soon as you’re about to sleep.

you can do this process through using the 17 second method (steps listed below), guided visualization meditations, or whatever aligns with you.

the 17 second method:

“maintain a thought in your mind for 17 seconds, you can stimulate its energy vibrations. Going further, if you can hold on to the same thought for 68 seconds, the vibrations will rise dramatically and get amplified enough to manifest the thought”

steps:

1. set the mind on a positive note (i recommend listening to affirmations or sound healing to do so)

2. choose what you want to manifest. if you are a beginner, it may be easier to focus on one manifestation at a time.

3. think about the goal you want to manifest for 17 seconds. try to not let your mind wonder, if it does, be gentle with yourself. it is 100% okay!

4. when the 17 second alarm goes off, turn your attention back to your goal. now set a timer for 51 seconds. continue to focus on a sequence of thoughts related to your goal for 51 seconds.

5. let it go. remember: manifestation is a butterfly.

Commit to your new life.

When you become aware of how you speak, how you think and how you act, you are no longer programmed by the past.

Teach your body how your future is going to feel like. Feel the emotions in the present moment. Right now, feel the emotions you want to feel in the future.

How to Smell Dreamy (Body Care Tips + Routine)

One of my Dream Girl goals is to get more invested in body care; a huge part of that is learning how to make my body smell good! (fragrance wise) I feel like I've finally cracked the code for myself, and I'm ready to share it!

How To Smell Dreamy (Body Care Tips + Routine)

In Shower

Washing order:

♡ face ♡ feminine area ♡ hair ♡ body (arms, legs, stomach, back)

♡ bum

♡feet

Face and Feminine Area

Your face and feminine area are the two most sensitive parts of your body, which is why they should be cleansed first. Cleanse your face first to avoid getting any unwanted body care products on your face.

How To Smell Dreamy (Body Care Tips + Routine)

Next, your Feminine area. Your feminine has a lot of hidden creases; if it's not cleansed properly, you can get buildup around your "inner lips" (labia minora) which will cause odor.

♡ Take a wet Q-tip and clean your "inner lips" and clitoris. If needed, use a hand mirror to make sure you're removing any possible build-up.

♡ After you are done (with clean hands) wash the entire area. DO NOT wash inside of the hole, and DON'T use a fragrance wash. Simply using warm water is the best option, but if you feel more comfortable using a wash, my favorites are the Unscented and Peppermint Dr. Bronner's Castile Soap and Honey Pot's foam wash.

Tip: If you are experiencing a slight odor, wash with diluted apple cider vinegar to help balance your PH.

Hair

Hair products and the buildup from your hair can cause breakouts. Wash your hair first, so then you can make sure everything is rinsed and cleansed off after.

Cleaning Body

♡ Start by washing your entire body with SOAP. Girlies... Dove is not soap. Dove is a "moisturizing beauty bar with a mild cleanser." Which mild is okay for washing your face, but not your body, in my opinion.

Of course, use what you want, but I suggest at least mixing it with soap. As always, I recommend Dr.Bronners Soap.

- Use an exfoliating cloth to clean your back. This will help get those hard-to-reach places and prevent/clear any bacne.

- Don't forget to wash behind your ears, your neck, and your belly button.

How To Smell Dreamy (Body Care Tips + Routine)

♡ Now exfoliate. You should exfoliate once or twice a week. DON'T use sugar scrubs!! Super unsanitary. I don't know much about chemical exfoliants, but I am currently using Soap and Glory: Scrub of your life - and I'm obsessed.

- Exfoliate your neck, arms, shoulder, (bum) cheeks, and legs. You can also exfoliate your armpits, but DO NOT exfoliate your armpits on shaving day.

Making body smell good (the fun part!)

♡ Use products with strong scents. I personally find that creamy body washes have stronger and lasting scents.

♡ Apply products directly to the skin to prevent them from absorbing too much into what you're using to wash.

♡ Layer your products - use products with the same notes.

♡ DO NOT immediately wash the products off - let it sit for at least 2-5 minutes, so the scent can stick to your skin.

Bum And Feet

♡ Use your washcloth to clean your bum last since it holds the most bacteria. I like mixing soap and Vagisil.

♡ Lastly, your feet. Use a foot brush and callus remover.

- DON'T use the same washcloth for days - Washcloths should be put in the laundry after every use.

Out of Shower

♡ (With clean hands) apply face products.

♡ Apply your scented lotion to damp skin, so it will absorb into your skin.

- Mix your lotion with perfume oil for an even stronger and lasting scent!

♡ Apply Deodorant - If you are a sweaty girl, use dry spray deodorant and apply it to all of your problem areas.

♡ Apply perfume to pulse points - Put vaseline on pulse points first and DON'T rub in the perfume.

♡ Get Dressed and then apply a generous amount of (matching) body mist all over your body.

It’s always been my dream to be viewed as a living goddess. When anyone encounters me, I want them to feel as though they have just come in contact with an ethereal being. Someone who is so uniquely feminine, elegant, skillful, kind, elegant, and charming. I want them to be captivated by my beauty and enraptured by my intellect. There is no spell that can accomplish this. Only dedicated and precise hard work. You have to be dedicated. You have to show up for yourself every day, even when you’re tired. Even when you’re sad. Even when you feel totally uninspired. Put in the work for what you want. Here is your guide.

Consider your diet. Be mindful of how much you’re eating. Try to stray away from overeating. You should cut back on the amount of sugar and processed foods that you eat (cut back ≠ cut out). Make sure you are getting enough greens, protein and fruits.

Drink at minimum 3L water.

Incorporate daily fresh pressed juices.

Drink hot tea.

Keep alcoholic beverage consumption to a minimum.

Take daily vitamins and supplements.

Exercise 5 times a week at minimum, even if it’s only 30 minutes on the treadmill. Do something that will help you maintain your weight and your figure. The goal is to maintain a tight and toned figure.

Incorporate a consistent stretching routine into your daily routine. Stretching lengthens limbs and improves gracefulness.

Play tennis in warm weather and start learning how to play golf.

Go on walks whenever you’re not in the gym. Fresh air is good for longevity.

Get chiropractic adjustments and massages to keep the muscles limber and free of tension

Practice consistent oral hygiene routine: whitening mouthwash + floss + scrub tongue + brush teeth + act fluoride rinse mouthwash

Get a teeth whitening kit and start drinking through a straw so you don’t stain your teeth.

Stick to a consistent bathing routine.The body should be exfoliated and shaved 2-3 times a week. Use kojie san soap to maintain skin’s even complexion. Use a yoni shower gel for the vaginal area. Use exfoliating gloves + exfoliating cloth to wash with. Scrub feet to maintain between pedicures.

Post shower (spring/summer): hempz body lotion (add glycerin) + avene body oil + dove dry spray + (pink rosa) + femme rejuv oil + perfume oil + fragrance of the day

Post shower (autumn/winter): hempz body lotion (add glycerin) + cerave healing ointment + dove dry spray (vanilla + cocoa butter) + femme rejuv oil + perfume oil + fragrance of the day

Even if I have doubts, fears, anxiety, worries I know I am the god of my reality and whatever I say goes, so my affirmations always become my reality immediately because I recognize my power as the only creator. My words and thoughts manifest overnight. They change my entire reality over night. I get my results overnight. I am so powerful, I am literally the most powerful creator ever. I am above anyone and everything. I am so sure of myself, I know I can have whatever I want. I am ambitious and always get what I want because I am persistent and never give up. I am strong af and so are my affirmations. I create and remodel my reality in seconds just because I embody so easily the state of knowing I am the most powerful creator. I am convinced what I want is meant for me and meant to be in my life. The reason I embody the state of assuming I get what I want when I want it is because I trust my affirmations and myself. I am convinced there’s a special place reserved to my desire in my reality. My reality changes overnight in the one in which I’m living my dreams. I am the person I’ve always dreamt to be. My affirmations are permanent and always work. I manifest everything in no time. It’s enough for me to affirm once to get my desire, that’s how powerful I am. I recognize my power. I have the mindset of a god because I am one. I excel at everything I do, I am naturally excellent and successful. I succeed at everything I do. I only manifest good things and the best and most favorable outcome for me. this challenge is for us to manifest our desires & spend more time with ourselves, getting to know ourselves better. this includes engaging in hobbies, self care, whatever manifestation technique of your choice, and receiving everything you want :)

objectives:

embody god and manifest quickly and with ease.

get to know ourselves better.

become independent in manifesting and in life.

prioritizing ourselves.

pre-challenge tasks:

+++ well, first off i want you to think of/create a list of everything you want to manifest. everything you state/make note of, we are going to manifest within this month span. also, make a vision board, even if you don’t use vision boards, still make one to feel happy about what you’re going to manifest!

+++ make a list of/create a list of everything that you like, (hobbies & forms of self care), this is what we will be engaging in during the time period. we want to keep our minds sharp and healthy!

+++ clean up your spaces! we want to be organized and ready for this month of productivity & receiving. if you are in school, do all your work and get ready for the upcoming school week. if you work, set your schedule together and organize your belongings.

+++ create an affirmation list for everything you want to manifest! these can just be general affirmations like; “every aspect of my life is ideal.” , “my body is perfect.” , “my appearance is perfect, alluring, and beautiful”. this list does not have to be long! it just needs to suit you, you HAVE to be okay with your affirmations. one affirmation you MUST have is “i am becoming the ideal and best version of myself”. (adjust to fit you just make sure it pretty much has the same meaning)

+++ create rules for manifesting ! make sure this is PERSONAL. figure out what your limiting beliefs are, then create a rule that overrides that. make this so that you for example, some of my rules are:

whatever i intend to manifest, will manifest how fast i want it to manifest; it always comes better than expected.

all manifestation methods work instantly for me, all i need to do is persist.

all my desires manifest quickly, easily, and effortlessly. i get my desires within 2 weeks; time lag doesn't exist.

i manifest instantly, manifesting is easy.

my subconscious can detect when i want something and fulfill it immediately.

+++ make affirmations for your self concept ! this needs to be personal also , target your limiting beliefs. for example, some of my affirmations for self concept are:

i am the only creator of my world.

manifesting is easy and effortless.

i can manifest anything and everything.

my life is perfect and easy.

REQUIREMENTS:

set a time limit for tumblr for like five minutes per day, stop listening to neville, don’t research manifesting any more. during this challenge you must NOT CONSUME ANY MORE INFORMATION. all the answers you need for manifesting is within you, you already know what to do. just know to apply it.

spend as much time as you can, off of your phone/devices. we want to get to know ourselves better, so we need to spend more time with ourselves. (i suggest you copy & paste this post into your notes)

BE ON TOP OF YOUR WORK!! get things completed before they need to be.

DAILY RITUALS (these things must be done daily)

engage in at least one of your happy rituals (hobbies/self care) during the day.

look at your vision board at least once for at least two minutes. i want you to look at your vision board in a state of receiving, knowing that this will be your lifestyle. DO NOT look at it as if this is something you can’t achieve, as if it’s just a dream. EXPECT WHATEVER THAT IS ON YOUR VISION BOARD TO COME.

reread your manifestation rules at least once, (time is your choice).

journal how your day went, how you manifested (how easy/hard it was, mental pressure, your doubts) & how you feel at night. if you didn’t like your day, revise it in the technique of your choice.

affirm your affirmations for your desires and self concept, before bed.

WEEKLY RITUALS (these things must be done at the end of the week friday/saturday)

tidy up your spaces and reorganize if needed.

catch up on all your work.

revise your week, if needed.

Femme Fatale Playbook: How To Embody Queen Energy

Living in your queen energy requires you to stand in your power and look after yourself to the highest degree in every area of life. When tapping into this higher frequency, you realize that putting yourself first allows you to show up at your best – both for yourself and others. Let go of what you don’t want. Release those thoughts. Every time you focus on what you don’t want, it’s taking you away from what you do want. Read that again. The internal chatter in your mind is either guiding you towards the life you dream of or a life of unhappiness. Awareness is key, choosing better thoughts is the answer to receiving the life you desire.

You want peace, happiness, success, abundance? That has to be your thought process every moment of everyday. Instead you get stuck in worry, fear, creating dramas in your mind. The only way to succeed is to choose better thoughts. Because with better thoughts come better actions, and with better actions comes a better life.
