and this is YET the nicest way to put it, you guys. speaking generally, I am sickandtired of y‘all going through every manifesting page on tumblr, instagram and god knows where to collect the information YOU ALREADY KNOW. you know damn well to affirm for your desires and to simply stick to that no matter what, WHAT‘S STOPPING YOU???! babygirl I need you to start right now. put away all of your notes on your phone trying to plan yourself an ideal routine on when exactly to affirm, when to do this and that, etc. I‘m saying this just to remind you that manifesting is something NATURAL. I even hate declaring it as "manifesting" BECAUSE YOU ARE SIMPLY THINKING AND BRINGING IT INTO LIFE. the only thing you need to know about manifesting is that it’s just your thoughts! what you are thinking at any given moment, most of the time and during the day.
I WANNA GENTLY REMIND YOU THAT
your dominant thoughts manifest.
you can manifest anything anywhere anytime.
the way you affirm doesn’t matter.
you don’t have to believe your affirmations (thoughts!).
circumstances don’t mean shit.
your desires are there, literally right here.

just start. it doesn’t matter how you do it, if you do it right, aesthetically enough, "technically" correct… even if your affirmations feel unnatural to you, there is no wrong way to manifest. yesterday I was so fed up with myself being unproductive and not starting shit (and yes, it’s because of mercury retrograde), I affirmed for 30mins STRAIGHT, only thought about my desire and did it a few times during the day. and I reached my goal.
everytime you "jokingly" say "I have my desired …", it counts. it matters to your process. and it brings you one step closer to your desire manifesting into the 3d. I know it might feel weird. for many people, manifesting feels so difficult to do because they all have this "I gotta plan x and y" mindset. don’t overcomplicate it. you have it. fuckin act like it sorry for being so mean oh lord please I love you and I believe in you babygurl!! :( ♡

Honour the little girl inside of you, the little girl that was abused, hurt, abandoned, who felt she was never enough. Let her feel safe, let her know she is loved, tell her everyday. Make her feel so special, she deserves it, keep her clean and warm and nourish her with the nutritious foods. Let her feel free. Let her embrace the things she loved doing, skating in the park, jumping on the trampoline, painting, running, swimming, making sandcastles, girly sleepovers, making stories, playing dressup. It might sound silly, it might sound irrelevant but honouring the little kid inside of you is going to bring you so much joy and fulfilment. You're so inspiring and your blog is so cute and aesthetic, I just wish I had the motivation or willpower to do anything, or let alone the discipline for any of it. I've tried but it never turns out good and I almost feel like giving up

start by stop worrying about it, change the way you look at it, tell yourself that you are capable of doing anything and you always feel very motivated what do you want to do? do you want to create healthier habits in your life? commit yourself to do it, make it your goal, but always remember to start small for me what has helped me the most to stay motivated are two things: small daily goals and a good routine
for example, when i started on this "journey" i was motivated to start incorporating little by little healthier habits into my days, like starting to do 10 minutes of exercise every day, here you say what you want for your days, what is it that you want to feel motivated to do for this, you can support yourself with a journal, start writing either in a notebook or on your phone 3 things you want to achieve during the day and commit yourself to fulfill, believe you will feel very satisfied and that will give you motivation
and the routine can really help you feel motivated because liking your routine is what gets you up and energized to start your day every morning. i always say, you're not going to create the perfect routine in a week, but you can try it out until you find what works best for you, and don't be afraid to change anything! on my blog, you can find many examples of routines that you can try out
and the best way to stay motivated is to start being aware that this is a promise you make to yourself and do it for you, to get everything you want
