hello everyone, and welcome to my life glow up challenge. before we begin, let me preface this by saying this challenge is a tool. you can manifest instantly and it's not hard. this is something lighthearted and fun to try. you don't have to affirm 24/7 and that's not what I will be intructing you to do during this challenge.
I thought of this idea from a video I watched on YouTube a while ago. The creator described what she thought were 5 important categories of health. I decided to focus on one category and persist for 5 days! So I compiled a list of daily affirmations, as well as bonus affirmations!
I'm going to be starting day 1 of this challenge as soon as this is posted, but you can begin whenever you see this post!

there are no RULES in manifesting, thus no rules in this challenge. It's simply a guide if you're looking for structure and for fun. these are just some things you may like to do/keep in mind. (Credit to @divineangelbee for the instructions idea from her self concept post - not sure if she meant it this way but that's how I interpreted it lmao )
PERSIST! persisting is just knowing creation is finished and not taking no for an answer. it is possible to manifest instantly, so of course you can manifest all this in 5 days! persisting doesn't take effort - it's easy, if you make it.
CONSUME CONCIOUSLY - I would avoid consuming excess manifesting content (besides this post, to see the daily affirmations ofc lmao). It's probably going to confuse you and you know the basics. (If you're unsure/want to go back to the bascics, check out @id18297 's post called Law of Assumption!)
AFFIRM HOWEVER LONG/OFTEN YOU DEEM NESSECARY - I'm not going to give you set times to affirm. You can affirm throughout the day, in the morning/night, etc. Saying each one once is enough. You can also command your suboncious instead of repeating the affirmations!
YOU CAN "CHEAT" - You can skip a day of affirming, skip over a certaint subject, etc, it's for fun! I just want to emphasize this so you guys know I'm not preaching affirming 24/7 lmao.
YOU CAN CHOOSE YOUR AFFIRMATIONS - It isn't required to use all the affirmations given or only the ones given. You could even use none of them and instead come up with your own for the given topic!
so for day one, we are going to focus on our physical beings as well as health. this means you can affirm for desired body/appearence (there will also be time to do this on day 2), health + wellness, etc.
Affirmations:
- I'm always motivated to work out
- Working out is enjoyable and easy
- I have amazing self disciplence
- I always feed my body healthy and filling foods
- I have lots of workout clothes, equipment, and workout buddies
(You can always visualize, command your subconcious, etc as well or by them selves!)
personally, I wanted to revise being good at sports/that I've always been an athlete. so I'm going to visualize myself winning sports games + affirming for athelticism <3
day 2 is mental health, and I wanted to combine this with self concept. I think having a great self concept helps with how you view your reality and having a more positive perception of life. The affirmations will be focused on self love.
you can manifest your desired appearence on this day (remember, you can manifest anything you want on any day of this challenge because it's supposed to be fun!). I just hope you guys know that you don't have to change your appearance to love yourself/be happy. but if you desire an appearence change (like me), who am I to stop you.

The reason why I included a question mark is because I wasn't sure what to call this. I'm going to interpret it as focusing on academics/making school life easier. The intellectual part will be in the bonus.

- School is so easy for me and stress free
- I'm a master at every subject
- I'm extremely smart and intelligent
If there is any skill you want to learn or hobby you want to take up, now's your chance! Maybe it's a sport, maybe it's singing, maybe it's artistic talent - whatever sparks your interest! I don't have any specific affirmations for this since it varies from person to person. Personally, I'm focusing on learning a language, and will be simply commanding my subconcious to be fluent in this language.
the last day! spiritual health can be anything, it's however you define it. It can be something pretaining to your religion, working on your manifesting abilities, etc.
for the final day, I'm just going to be using one affirmation:
I am a master manifester!

stop worrying
i manifested majority of my dream life in 3 months, simply because i stopped worrying. i stopped asking "how" or "when", i stopped wondering if i needed to take extra steps or if i needed to put in work. i stopped worrying about if i was doing the right methods or if the process was happening. i stopped asking and started doing; started affirming daily, reminding myself, stopped wavering, interrupted negative thoughts immediately during occurance and replaced them with positive ones.
i used to have no path in life, i didn't have a job, friends, a relationship, wasn't in school, depressed, struggling with an eating disorder. i was literally living the staple life that most people would absolutely dread.
i switched the entirety of my purpose around simply by telling myself otherwise. i rejected what others told me what my "reality" and replaced it with what i truly wanted. within 3 months, i was socializing more than i had in the last 3 years. i was getting opportunities i used to dream about.
and remember, it only took me 3 months because that's how long i choose for it to take. there were times where i would say "this will come next week" instead of "this will come within 0.00001 seconds". therefore, i got my results by next week instead of instantly. you choose your time period.
why? well because itâs already done
if you canât see that itâs never. gonna. happen. You either got it or you donât, you donât ever have to meet in the middle with the 3D. ever. Donât need to study, you have them grades. Donât need that expensive skincare, you have glass skin. Donât need to workout you have your dream body. You donât need to induce pure consciousness, you have your dream life.
And funny enough, this is the mindset that helped me induce for the first time. I only went in to the meditation with the mindset that I already had my dream life so i donât need anything, including pure consciousness. âWhy would i need to induce something i already have?â
Even though my circumstances differed, I stopped with the âI need to shift so badâ, âI would do anything to induce the void stateâ. I knew I had to stop being reliant on the void, I knew everything counted on it. So I told myself it was already done, there was nothing to do. At all. I wasnât scrambling talking about âomg the day is almost over and I havenât inducedâ why would I need to when I already did? I told myself that there was nothing to be afraid of, i canât be afraid of failure when i already had my dream life. Would someone be scared of failing their classes when they are already holding a degree in their hand?
I told myself that I was only inducing the void to relax ânothing specialâ since i induce all the time. I donât need to meet in the middle. And neither do you. You donât have to fry your brain with different techniques, you either have your dream life or you donât. There is no build up. There is no âvoid journeyâ where you go through trial and error. Because you donât need to.
The desperation and the pedestal went away immediately after I accepted my dream life was here. And because of that there was no fear that I was gonna âfall asleepâ, there was no fear that it âwouldnât workâ. I am pure consciousness. And because of that I was able to induce.
You need to realise that your dr isnât a dream anymore itâs just your cr, you arenât tied to one reality just because your awareness is placed here. There is another version of you reading this. You are infinite, you can shift in a millisecond and you have. Stop making this huge journey, itâs just yours itâs not that deep fr.
Tell yourself you are the âI AMâ i donât care what your outerman has to deal with. You arenât your outerman, your innerman (you) already ha everything, thatâs enough.
Tell yourself that inducing pure consciousness should be for relaxation or âjust becauseâ it really lets your subconscious know that you have nothing to be desperate over since you have everything. There nothing to procrastinate over because your dream life belongs to you. Would a couple with a baby be talking about how they are constantly procrastinating the act of trying for a baby? no, they already have one. You already have your dream life.
You donât have to meet in the middle for anything, and that includes the state of pure consciousness. You already are pure consciousness.
Accept itâs yours, thatâs the key to getting it.
Hi!! So, I really want to tap into the void/wake up in the void but I really donât want to do all that extra stuff like listen to subliminals 24/7. I feel like that causes me to overthink and put too much pressure on the outcome. Whatâs your suggestion?

If youâre not methodical which is what youâre showing then you donât have to do methods babe. Youâre more of an intent girl or a sleeping method girl, so explore that. (Also I use girl as general pronoun but if youâre uncomfortable with that pls correct me anon)
Intent is obviously the most simple method but since it seems so easy people donât believe in it hence why it doesnât work. I use to be the same until I programmed how I view method. I did this by starting over and relearning intention and you should do the same, it could benefit you !
Basically We set intentions everyday and we all know what they are but itâs overcomplicated .. so when we try to apply it to our desires we think itâs above us. So anytime you want to something mundane set an intention. Before you shower set an intention to go shower and then do it. If you drop something, set an intention to pick it up then pick it up, if you want to go to your kitchen, set an intention to go to your kitchen then go to your kitchen etc etc. then build your way up, set an intention to see a specific color car, or the traffic light thatâs usually red when you go driving will be green, or set an intention to wake up a specific time in the middle of the night. Then build your way up until youâre confident in setting an intention and automatically receiving your desires. It worked wonders for me in not only conceptualizing the concept of intention, but also building my faith in mine. Itâs such a fun and simple way to reprogram your mind and recognize how powerful you are without even realizing it and without the stress of worrying constantly because we do it everyday.

shifting is not a labour camp. you are not laying bricks. you are not a victorian chimney sweep, coughing up soot and hoping the foreman doesnât notice you pausing for breath. shifting is supposed to be effortless.
ăăăăhereâs how to become one.
ăĘ stop trying so hard. seriously. shifting is not an algebra equation that needs solving. the more you obsess, the more you reinforce the idea that shifting is difficult, that it requires strain. it doesnât. itâs like falling asleep. easy, natural, inevitable. you donât need to âdoâ shifting. you just allow it.
start ditching the obsession with techniques. they are tools, not commandments. if a method feels like a second job, drop it. some people shift while blinking. others shift mid-sneeze. some wake up shifted. some never have to think about it at all. youâre allowed to be one of those people. shifting doesnât reward effort, it rewards ease.
people who shift arenât âlucky.â they just decide theyâve already won. embrace the delusion. belief isnât something you prove; itâs something you wear like an expensive coat. you donât need external validation. your reality is dictated by you, not by polls or peer reviews.
stop tensing up in bed like youâre about to undergo surgery. roll over like youâve just been fed grapes by hand and have never known stress. get comfortable. let go. do you think nero worried about his shifting technique? no. he just made a decree and the world bent to him. you are your own emperor. decree your reality.
shifting doesnât need to feel like a cosmic event. no need for vibrating, levitating, the heavens parting. sometimes itâs quiet. lose the expectation of âfireworks.â sometimes itâs like slipping into warm water, seamless and smooth. donât wait for âproofâ. just shift.
stop acting like reality is a prison cell. you are not âtrappedâ. you are not âstuckâ. youâre just sitting in one room when you could walk into another. no chains, no locks, just a door.

manifesting is not an unpaid internship. you are not earning it through blood, sweat, and desperate scripting at 3 a.m. manifesting is a birthright. a casual shrug. a âwouldnât it be funny if. oh, look, it happened.â you are not grinding for your desires.

ăâ in its core, manifesting is just deciding. it is not a scavenger hunt. it is not an exam. it is not a âwhat ifâ. it is a âthis is.â people who get what they want simply assume itâs already theirs. they donât waver. they donât worry. they donât âhopeââthey know.
stop micromanaging the how. do you manually control your heartbeat? do you stress over each individual breath? no? then stop hovering over your manifestations like an anxious project manager. you want it. itâs done. the âhowâ isnât your problem. the universe has already sorted the logistics.
start being delusional. your current reality is just a collection of past assumptions. want a new reality? adopt new assumptions. pretend you already have what you want. no, really. stop analysing. just be the version of you who has it. the world will catch up.
if youâre âwaitingâ for your manifestation, youâre reinforcing that it isnât here yet. and if youâre reinforcing lack, youâre just extending it. let go of âwaiting.' live like itâs already yours. because it is.
the universe is not a vending machine you need to shake. detach. you donât âmakeâ things happen. you request them, step back, and trust theyâre coming. you ever seen a billionaire refresh their bank balance anxiously? no. they just know the money is there. treat your manifestations the same way.
you are already doing it. every single thing in your life right now, you manifested it. consciously or not. so you might as well start doing it on purpose.

stop making shifting and manifesting your part-time job. you are the main character, yes, but not the tragic, struggling one. be the one who gets what they want simply because they decide to. the one who moves through realities with ease, who manifests without breaking a sweat. become the laziest, most effortless version of yourself. because thatâs the one who wins without having to lift a finger.

Fail Proof Manifesting
Truth is: You can manifest successfully every single time. You can manifest instantly and effortlessly. You can have doubts and still be a master manifester.
The key to âfail proofâ manifesting is believing in the fact that failure doesnât exist, and persisting in this belief. You are the creator of reality, so if you constantly fear and worry about not getting your desires, you are creating a reality where failure exists. I know sometimes itâs hard when the 3D literally shows you the opposite, but remember: you are not your 3D, the human eye does not create reality, your mind does. You do not let the 3D hold any power because it is only a dream, a blank canvas and you are its artist. Your persisted thoughts and assumptions are what you see. You hold the power and you are limitless.
There is no difference between you and the master manifester. Everyone is born a master manifester. Everyone is made of the same substance. So if I can change my life completely, then you can too.
So, embody the feeling of a master manifester. Think thoughts a master manifester would think and you will doubtlessly change your reality. You live in a world with no limits, no conditions, no logic, no hardships, no punishments, and no opposing forces - but they can exist if you believe in them and impose them on yourself like shackles to a prisoner. Free yourself, life is your creation. You are a divinity that has created your reality since the very beginning.
