stop worrying
i manifested majority of my dream life in 3 months, simply because i stopped worrying. i stopped asking "how" or "when", i stopped wondering if i needed to take extra steps or if i needed to put in work. i stopped worrying about if i was doing the right methods or if the process was happening. i stopped asking and started doing; started affirming daily, reminding myself, stopped wavering, interrupted negative thoughts immediately during occurance and replaced them with positive ones.
i used to have no path in life, i didn't have a job, friends, a relationship, wasn't in school, depressed, struggling with an eating disorder. i was literally living the staple life that most people would absolutely dread.
i switched the entirety of my purpose around simply by telling myself otherwise. i rejected what others told me what my "reality" and replaced it with what i truly wanted. within 3 months, i was socializing more than i had in the last 3 years. i was getting opportunities i used to dream about.
and remember, it only took me 3 months because that's how long i choose for it to take. there were times where i would say "this will come next week" instead of "this will come within 0.00001 seconds". therefore, i got my results by next week instead of instantly. you choose your time period.

hello everyone, and welcome to my life glow up challenge. before we begin, let me preface this by saying this challenge is a tool. you can manifest instantly and it's not hard. this is something lighthearted and fun to try. you don't have to affirm 24/7 and that's not what I will be intructing you to do during this challenge.
I thought of this idea from a video I watched on YouTube a while ago. The creator described what she thought were 5 important categories of health. I decided to focus on one category and persist for 5 days! So I compiled a list of daily affirmations, as well as bonus affirmations!
I'm going to be starting day 1 of this challenge as soon as this is posted, but you can begin whenever you see this post!

there are no RULES in manifesting, thus no rules in this challenge. It's simply a guide if you're looking for structure and for fun. these are just some things you may like to do/keep in mind. (Credit to @divineangelbee for the instructions idea from her self concept post - not sure if she meant it this way but that's how I interpreted it lmao )
PERSIST! persisting is just knowing creation is finished and not taking no for an answer. it is possible to manifest instantly, so of course you can manifest all this in 5 days! persisting doesn't take effort - it's easy, if you make it.
CONSUME CONCIOUSLY - I would avoid consuming excess manifesting content (besides this post, to see the daily affirmations ofc lmao). It's probably going to confuse you and you know the basics. (If you're unsure/want to go back to the bascics, check out @id18297 's post called Law of Assumption!)
AFFIRM HOWEVER LONG/OFTEN YOU DEEM NESSECARY - I'm not going to give you set times to affirm. You can affirm throughout the day, in the morning/night, etc. Saying each one once is enough. You can also command your suboncious instead of repeating the affirmations!
YOU CAN "CHEAT" - You can skip a day of affirming, skip over a certaint subject, etc, it's for fun! I just want to emphasize this so you guys know I'm not preaching affirming 24/7 lmao.
YOU CAN CHOOSE YOUR AFFIRMATIONS - It isn't required to use all the affirmations given or only the ones given. You could even use none of them and instead come up with your own for the given topic!
so for day one, we are going to focus on our physical beings as well as health. this means you can affirm for desired body/appearence (there will also be time to do this on day 2), health + wellness, etc.
Affirmations:

day 2 is mental health, and I wanted to combine this with self concept. I think having a great self concept helps with how you view your reality and having a more positive perception of life. The affirmations will be focused on self love.
you can manifest your desired appearence on this day (remember, you can manifest anything you want on any day of this challenge because it's supposed to be fun!). I just hope you guys know that you don't have to change your appearance to love yourself/be happy. but if you desire an appearence change (like me), who am I to stop you.

Hi!! So, I really want to tap into the void/wake up in the void but I really donāt want to do all that extra stuff like listen to subliminals 24/7. I feel like that causes me to overthink and put too much pressure on the outcome. Whatās your suggestion?

If youāre not methodical which is what youāre showing then you donāt have to do methods babe. Youāre more of an intent girl or a sleeping method girl, so explore that. (Also I use girl as general pronoun but if youāre uncomfortable with that pls correct me anon)
Intent is obviously the most simple method but since it seems so easy people donāt believe in it hence why it doesnāt work. I use to be the same until I programmed how I view method. I did this by starting over and relearning intention and you should do the same, it could benefit you !
Basically We set intentions everyday and we all know what they are but itās overcomplicated .. so when we try to apply it to our desires we think itās above us. So anytime you want to something mundane set an intention. Before you shower set an intention to go shower and then do it. If you drop something, set an intention to pick it up then pick it up, if you want to go to your kitchen, set an intention to go to your kitchen then go to your kitchen etc etc. then build your way up, set an intention to see a specific color car, or the traffic light thatās usually red when you go driving will be green, or set an intention to wake up a specific time in the middle of the night. Then build your way up until youāre confident in setting an intention and automatically receiving your desires. It worked wonders for me in not only conceptualizing the concept of intention, but also building my faith in mine. Itās such a fun and simple way to reprogram your mind and recognize how powerful you are without even realizing it and without the stress of worrying constantly because we do it everyday.
where was this fear of inducing pure consciousness rooted from?
from the idea that you probably can't induce pure consciousness, cuz you think you might do something wrong? from the idea that you may not be able to induce pure consciousness at all, cuz you aren't worthy of inducing pure consciousness? where was your fear of inducing pure consciousness rooted from?
a lot of us still hold on to the idea that pure consciousness is "an actual void we're entering". a place outside or somewhere literally inside of us. that we are leaving our bodies to enter a dark instant manifestation plane. the idea looks easy but sounds like it could be hard, and that there's something you could be missing. is that where your fear rooted from?
that following the exact routine someone else did might help them "enter the void". that inducing pure consciousness is scarier, becuz of the "symptoms" (which actually occurs because your brain is checking to know if you're asleep). is that where your fear rooted from?
being convinced for a long time that you must work (hard) to achieve your desires, which also meant that inducing pure consciousness and manifesting your dream life is also hard. so when it seems too easy to be true, something has to be wrong and you will fail. is that where your fear rooted from?
well i can assure you that the life you desire, is within molecule-distance.
this fear you have bottled up inside of you, was once inside of me too! so i completely understand how you're feeling š©· but what you must understand, is that you don't have to live life the hard way anymore. you know about the law and you know about pure consciousness, so you know more about your self. you know that pure consciousness is only another state of consciousness, and that it is easily induced when you forget about the 3d and you immerse yourself in your imagination (daydreaming, freeing yourself in your thoughts, affirming, having internal dialogues, singing songs or rapping in your head, etc.). everyone can induce pure consciousness. yes! even YOU reading this! inducing pure consciousness is as easy as inducing sleep (or even easier!).
don't stay in this mindset that life must be hard to get through as time goes by. you'll end up being the person that constantly thinks that everything in life must be hard.
but trust me. it doesn't have to be hard.
inducing pure consciousness isn't a new concept. your subconscious mind already knew about this state of consciousness, but it was time that your conscious mind knew too!
you were literally born with the ability to induce pure consciousness cuz you were born with the state. there's no reason to be fearful of failure. if you're fearful of failure, then you're still stuck in the "nothing is done with ease" mentality. a mentality stemmed from the 3d, and it needs to be bidden its farewells. there was nothing to be scared of in the first place until you thought of something to be scared of. whatever you thought of to be scared of was simply a false idea you instilled which caused fear. one of the ways to diminish this fear, is to know and understand the truth, and to get rid of those false ideas of pure consciousness. i know many of you still don't believe that you can induce pure consciousness today, tonight, and even within this very hour, but trust me. you can!
it seems to me that y'all are more fearful of an undesired outcome. but that simple "outcome" is staying in the awake state. or, fearful of being disappointed in yourself.
but the thing is, how will you know the simplicity of pure consciousness if you don't bother inducing it cuz of fear? even if you didn't induce it, note what you were doing, and note what pure consciousness is. if you were constantly stressing about time, note that. also note that pure consciousness is a no-time state. if you were constantly stressed about feeling your body, note that. also note that pure consciousness is a state of consciousness where you're not aware of your body. there's nothing wrong with learning and apply. but putting it off, cuz you don't want to disappoint yourself again will not help you in any way.
trust me when i tell you, for the how muchth time ion even know atp, pure consciousness is just like being awake, or being asleep. just like it. they're all the same concept, and you know you can't force yourself to become neither. just relax, close your eyes, and let your thoughts or daydreams wander without worrying about pure consciousness, then boom! you'll induce pure consciousness! and for those fearful of disappointment, just go for it without caring about any outcome! trust me, there's literally nothing to be scared about! with every learning attempt is a step closer to success! so keep going!

why is my body so perfect? like seriously? why am i so hot? all my outfits look good on me people always contemplate how iāve never looked bad in a single piece of clothing. Ive gotten told i should model more times than i can count.
Itās like i was perfectly sculpted by the gods, everything is perfect from my boobs to my stomach to my ass to my š± there is no imperfection on my body, not to mention how my arms and legs are seriously so perfect.
my stomach is as flat as can be, my abs are perfect, my chest is the perfect size, perky, full and all my outfits make the girls look SO good. They sit SO pretty and gain alot of traction and jealousy. My butt is the perfect size, with the most gorgeous shape, that look good with everything I wear. My kitty is so so gorgeous and so so pretty. I am the perfect height with my legs as smooth and as gorgeous as ever. My posture is like no other, everyone envies how all aspects of my body are so immaculate.
My skin all round my body is clear and free from blemishes and bruises.
I have the type of body that is deemed āimpossibleā and that positivity posts tell other girls not to strive for because itās simply unattainable.

Donāt get me wrong, iām a total foodie, but i can eat anything i want without getting bloated and gaining weight, people ask me how i do it, but again just perfect genes. I get compliments on night outs countless of times. My name and my number being asked for multiple times is just a normal part of going out at this point.
I donāt have to restrict what i eat and go through unhealthy routes to look as good as i do, im so so healthy
I honestly just feel so good, my body is so perfect, I am so so confident and i feel so so happy with my perfect body, even my skin doesnāt act up and thereās not a single thing I would change.

I am pretty sure most of you who are either on TikTok or keep up with international news have heard about the massive protests happening in Iran right now. Its a pretty big deal. But what exactly are these protests for and why are they so important?
Hopefully, for those who dont know whats going on I can explain it all here.
Mahsa Amini was a 22-year-old woman traveling from Kurdistan to Tehran (the capital of Iran) to visit family and was stopped once she entered the city by something calledĀ āthe morality policeā (yes this is a real thing). They claimed Mahsa Amini was wearing her Hijab incorrectly and that she would be arrested to undergoĀ āreeducationā at the police station (which would result in her being released after an hour or so). Mahsaās brother was with her when she was arrested and waited at the station for her to be released.
It is unclear what exactly happened between when Mahsa was arrested and the events of her death (mostly because we do not have any video of these events), but the women detained along with Mahsa reported for similar offenses reported Mahsa was violently beaten by saidĀ āmorality officersā. This was supposedly for resisting their insults directed toward her. This story is corroborated by her brotherās report of Mahsa having bruises all over her body and the hospital where Mahsa was staying reporting she was brain dead upon arrival along with reporting signs of skull fracture and bleeding in her brain both on social media and in leaked medical reports.
Mahsa died of her injuries 2 days after she was admitted to the hospital on September 16th of 2022.Ā
The official cause of death as reported by both the morality police and Iranian government has been extremely suspicious since theĀ āofficialā story claims she died as a result of a random heart attack/seizure combo. However, as stated before, there is plenty of evidence that Mahsa was violently attacked which includes (but is not limited to): the skull fractures found, the bruising around her body and face, the bleeding found in her brain and ears, and the fact several other witnesses have either said they witnessed the assault or have seen the previous things. Mahsaās father also reported she was in perfect health and did not have a history of heart or seizure issues.
For the people of Iran, instances of violence like this are not an unheard-of occurrence. Since the revolution of 1979 and the creation of this āmorality police forceā women were forced to wear the Hijab regardless of personal choice and had to adhere to a strict modest dress code lest they face similar treatment to Mahsa. To quote an actual penal code enacted in Iran post-revolution:
āwomen who appear in public without religious hijab will be sentenced to whipping up to 74 lashesā
Violence against women for this reason was now, in a way, much more normalized. Some of these dresscodes did apply to men, sure, but they were primiarly created expressly to control women with the use of fear and force by way of the Hijab. To also directly quote Iranās Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei (who has been in power since 1989):Ā Ā
āimproperly veiled women should be made to feel unsafeā
The protests surrounding the death of Mahsa Amini have definitely gained international attention by what many people are doing in them. Many women are burning their hijabs in the streets, cutting off/shaving their hair, and otherwise just doing a lot of things that, traditionally, would be considered taboo under this system thatās currently in place. However, this does not seem to be a direct rejection of Islam and rather a direct rejection of control over women by the use of the Hijab as an avenue for that control.
As stated before, this is not a new issue. There have been anti-hijab protests going on since the revolution in Iran back in the 70s. There were even protests pre-revolution FOR veiling since the leader at the time wanted to strictly stick to western norms. Iran shifted from one major extreme to the other. And in both these extremes choice on the part of the woman in question is completely taken out of the equation. It has been men making these choices for women in a broad universal way without giving women the ability to decide what they want for themselves. There is more than 1 way to veil in Islam. There are also many women who do not veil at all but are still active participants in their faith. There is not one specific way to do this correctly within Islam because modesty as a whole is a subjective topic. So the fact this police force exists in the first place is less about keeping moralsĀ āsecureā and more about exerting control through these rules via more extreme interpretations.Ā
It would however be unfair to say that these protests and the cultural revolution happening because of these protests do not diametrically oppose some parts of Islam and the culture surrounding it. These beliefsĀ are incompatible by virtue of them being polar opposites of each other. These protests, like it or not, have western influence on them and this influence threatens certain parts of Islam because over time certain aspects of culture have become rooted in these controlling methods. Its pretty unclear how this will all play out. However, it is safe to say this will be shaking up things both within Iran and in the world of Islam as a whole.Ā
Ever since the protests have gained international attention many women outside of Iran (both ethnically Iranian and not) have also been cutting their hair to various degrees to stand in solidarity with protestors.Ā
This is significant symbolically for a few reasons. In many cultures, long hair is directly tied to oneās femininity, attractiveness, and even in some cases where one comes from. Like it or not hair is culturally and socially important and the loss off it can be a very big deal for those living under these cultural expectations. In Iran doing something like this subjects you to harassment from the morality police. It breaks the morality code and challenges the idea of what a woman should be and look like. Outside of this context, the removal of hair can be a sign of mourning, fear, anger, and a rejection of femininity (or in this case, the control brought on by strict gendered dress codes).Ā
There has been a lot of controversy around this act since many people currently participating in these protests feel this act is performative activism on the part of western allies. Cutting oneās hair is not really on the same level as donating money to a cause or protesting yourself. But others believe this is an important act of international solidarity. If you reading this decide to do this: do it at your own discretion and be sure your act of solidarity does not outshine the actual protests going on.
It should go without saying that the people protesting right now are putting themselves in very real danger. What happened to Mahsa Amini is now happening to protesters who are speaking out about Iranās harsh morality laws. Many people have died already as a result of participating in these protests and many more have gone missing. When you are dealing with an oppressive system like this they are not going to take too kindly to opposition. And if they are not afraid to beat women simply for wearing their Hijab āincorrectlyā, they are not afraid to do much worse to political rivals.Ā
Out of respect for the protesters and their safety: please blur out any faces, names, and remove all metadata from any protest photos/footage you decide to share online. Because if I can find one of the protestors on Instagram simply by looking at their face and general location so can the morality police. For those around during the Black Lives Matter protests, the Russian anti-war protests, or any other media-sensitive protest use those same rules when posting footage/reporting on them
This morning i was in the car and i thought, iām gonna affirm on my way to school just because. so i put on sladeās āi amā subliminal, and the whole 15 minutes on my way to school i affirmed things like i have perfect self concept, iām a victim of lucky girl syndrome, i do nothing yet get everything, everything always works out for me, iām the universeās favorite, etc.
then when i was in 5th period today bored out of my mind i thought. let me check my messages, so i went on my familyās group chat and i saw my mom say this:
YALLLLLL I WAS SHOCKED. MIND YOU MY MOM WORKS FOR A NONPROFIT ORGANIZATION SO I WAS LIKE ?!!!? BUT IM SEEING BEYONCĆ ON SEPTEMBER FIRST FOR FREEš©š©.

saw beyoncƩ. and i was absolutely in loveeeeee plus since we had access to a suite we had access to free food in the lounge and it was amazing although the steak was too rare for me. the hotdogs were good though.
i love the concert so much i booked tickets for the show on her birthday for my aunt and grandma too (me and my mom agreed that we had to see her again) . i couldnāt get the stage seats cuz it wa s last minute but i did get floor seats real close to the stage. which were closer than my suite so iām happy. anyways yeah āļø
