roommate!chigiri is awfully petty when it comes to stuff and space. other than analysing you up and down, the first thing he does when you first meet is establish boundaries. good for him, honestly. he knows how to communicate! that's the first step to having a good roommate, right?

immediately, you can notice there's a clear divide between the rooms. sharing the same bedroom or not, it's all the same.

he has his own shelf in the shower, a.k.a the only shelf, and you can't use it at all. if the dorms already come with toiletries, they're all his because he "claimed them first". his skincare is laid out all over the sink, but if you do something as little as leave your toothpaste out, he flips.

no, he won't do it for you. he calls you into the bathroom, no matter what you're in the middle of doing, and is so passive aggressive about you quote unquote "being so simple minded that the thought of putting things away seems to be a difficult task", and won't leave you alone until the "mess" is sorted out.

laundry is strictly separated (his hamper has a lid, just to be safe) and no, he will not do laundry on the same day as you. actually, he won't wash your laundry at all, not even when you ask. he blames you if any of his clothes go missing, and when he discovers a lost sock was at the bottom of his gym bag, he doesn't apologise. well, he does, but it's not sincere. it's more to cover up his embarrassment.

roommate!chigiri's personal motto is "if it's not mine, i won't deal with it.". sure, he definitely stays true to it, but there's certainly times when that magically doesn't apply when it's his mess.
