Did anyone else notice the the first episode of season 2 Rise is very similar to what the first episode of season 1 Tales is supposed to be?

-Fighting a glitching bad guy who turns on some of its own

-Fireworks

-Fight takes place in a boatyard

-The team being split up

Okay so like— I had this dream (yeah it’s Aprilnardo… whatcha gonna do about it???)

(it’s like present time- 2024)

⚠️(I should put a warning for like— making out descriptions?? Not intense but- I also drew it cuz yeah)⚠️

Leo’s been having some issues lately and visited April one rainy night— he’s had been troubling sleep, the whole being a leader of the group is putting pressure on him, and he’s been having nightmares about a silhouetted figure with a hyper-tech oni-mask…

And Leo just breaks-down crying, laying his head on April.

April comforts him that he’s safe here and it’s going to be OK, she wiped tears pouring down from his cheeks, as they just look into eachother… silence filled the room and between them.

They both leaned forward to eachother, April’s warm lips pressed against Leo’s cold- Leo haven’t felt this feeling before— warmth, I mean, he always felt good around people he liked…

But this warmth, was different than anything, it felt so… amazing

They both started to makeout with eachother- classic new teen couple style… Their arms wrapped around each other—

POV: is this really happening? Is this some sort of fantasy dream I’m in?

Leo started to feel genuine warmth in his face, everything felt good… like, good

April at this point is contemplating whether they’re not friends anymore at this point… they’ve starting to get closer— they even cuddled up together in bed one point, but April hasn’t been stopping this the whole time they’ve been doing it…

And then it just cuts to the morning, them sleeping together, Leo’s arms wrapped around April’s waist. Her dreadlocks escaping from her bonnet— covering some of her face.

Leo took off his jacket and pretty much just put it over him like a blanket (even though he’s sharing one with April..)

And uh… yah… I’m obsessed… W for me…

Guess who watched Sonic 3!!!

I swear I’m gonna get around to drawing these two perfect pairs at prom eventually. I literally cannot think of any other case in which April and Leo dance in the cannon and it’s not because Leo attempted to ask but was stopped by April kissing him and then saying something along the lines of “shut up and dance with me”. I also can’t listen to Sincerely, Me anymore without thinking about Rasey.

Hope anyone who wants to try this has fun!! The purpose of this exercise is to really push yourself out of your writing/sketching comfort zone. Many of these prompts are vague enough where you can choose if they'll be comforting, angsty, quiet, or full-on angst. Have fun with it!!!

(Just a heads up- this challenge is just for fun! You do NOT have to do every single prompt! Do whichever one you want! :) )

And please feel free to tag me if you use this! I'm going to be doing this exercise this month to hopefully stretch my artistic/creative abilities too! And I'd love to see what you guys come up with! :)
