Hermione: It baffles and infuriates me that Hogwarts students don’t take Latin or Greek.

make your bed to immediately make your room look more put together

Knowing that trans women of color started the movement in the united states and were literally immediately erased and excluded from what they started is the most deeply jading knowledge.
It is the original sin of the so-called queer community and it damns it from the cradle.
The immensity of these trees never cease to amaze me. Definitely a favourite biome.

i've seen so much exclusionist bullshit today and i need to get this out there.
aro/ace people are part of the lgbt+ community, end of story.
like, you guys focus on the letters so damn much, but it wasn't that long ago that there was no b or t. aro/ace ppl, even if they're not both, even if they're in a straight passing relationship, are still lgbt in the way that a bi person in a straight passing relationship is still lgbt. they are a sexual/romantic minority. just because they aren't as visibly oppressed doesn't mean they don't face any sort of sexuality based oppression. invisibility to the general public is NOT a form of privilege. aro/ace people belong in the lgbt community. they have sexual and romantic experiences that are considered non-standard, it's not a choice, and they face discrimination and even assault for their identity. i don't know why they wouldn't be considered part of the community other than to exclude those who genuinely NEED inclusion bc of how fucking chaotic the community has become bc of xenogenders and trenders.
i hope every aspec person who sees this today feels appreciated cause you guys fucking deserve it.
Black Power and Gay Pride aren’t mutually exclusive. the first pride was a riot led by trans black women.
feel free to use!

imagine if the oceans were replaced by forests and if you went into the forest the trees would get taller the deeper you went and there’d be thousands of undiscovered species and you could effectively walk across the ocean but the deeper you went, the darker it would be and the animals would get progressively scarier and more dangerous and instead of whales there’d be giant deer and just wow
“I am aware that this means more to you than it ever has before. I just wanna tell you I am very sorry and I hope you all feel safe in here, with each other. The thing that I am most proud of is to play in front of such incredible people, it is an honor and thank you so much for allowing people to feel safe and be themselves. In times like these it is hard to feel like you can make a difference, but each and every single one of you makes a difference by the tiny choices you make every day, to do that little extra every day. It makes THE difference. There are bad people and they don’t stand a chance against you. This room of people is the future, I love you so much, I thank you for allowing me to do this, I encourage you to love more give more be kind more, I promise it makes a difference thank you for being here tonight! I am with you, we are together!”
