Fandoms

I mainly draw fanart for the Sonic The Hedgehog franchise, however I'm also in multiple fandoms like;

— Genshin Impact (My main was Childe ^^ I don't play anymore but sometimes I keep up with the lore, wherever it's going right now, that is)

— MXTX (yes, danmei. I've drawn art for this fandom before, but I won't be doing that anytime soon unless I'm shot with inspiration, which is rare for now)

— LADS (yes, the otome game, but I haven't played in a while now; so I'm not really up to date with the content but I have played it before)

— Manhwas/Mangas (Well, so long as it's royalty and reincarnation.. Old stuff ya know! [Who Made Me A Princess] was iconic. During the pandemic, I binge read through every manhwa I could get my hands on! It was probably an era, haha)

I like to draw fanart for Sonic The Hedgehog the most currently and I doubt that'll change any time soon, so do expect to see this fandom's fanart more often!

Goofy goofer yeah. Compared to how I first drew Sonic (last month), this is like, a huge difference. I think I developed an artstyle for these guys [thoughtful face]

sonic study obv because my ahh realised I've only been drawing from memory, hence why my previous illustration practice of movie sonadow was a bit inaccurate because I got their shoes wrong 🥀🥀 added a filter to the last photo because my led lights made it blue as hell

New sketchbook(s) who dis?

I never properly learned how to colour as a kid, putting all my effort into sketching and shading with a pen 😭 it truly did not help the fact that I hated colouring or getting out of my comfort zone. I thank Sonic the Hedgehog for giving me the bravery to get out of my sketching style and try colouring, even if I know little to nothing about colour theory LMAOOOO cannot believe a hedgehog is what it took for me to actually try

I got it bad now,,,, I made a Sonic OC. Meet Verona the Rabbit, she's a model... I haven't put much thought into her other than "wow she has strong legs because rabbit and absolute diva" I might make more content about her though HAHA

if we had cuteness aggression when we saw shadow in the movies, what do you think maria felt when she had the real thing.. (and I MEAN EVERY UNIVERSE) the biting is very sibling behaviour (would have drawn the toes but some of you are freaks/j)

I've been resource gathering for YEARS so now I am going to share my dragons hoard

Floorplanner. Design and furnish a house for you to use for having a consistent background in your comic or anything! Free, you need an account, easy to use, and you can save multiple houses.

Comparing Heights. Input the heights of characters to see what the different is between them. Great for keeping consistency. Free.

Magma. Draw online with friends in real time. Great for practice or hanging out. Free, paid plan available, account preferred.

Smithsonian Open Access. Loads of free images. Free.

SketchDaily. Lots of pose references, massive library, is set on a timer so you can practice quick figure drawing. Free.

SculptGL. A sculpting tool which I am yet to master, but you should be able to make whatever 3d object you like with it. free.

Pexels. Free stock images. And the search engine is actually pretty good at pulling up what you want.

Figurosity. Great pose references, diverse body types, lots of "how to draw" videos directly on the site, the models are 3d and you can rotate the angle, but you can't make custom poses or edit body proportions. Free, account option, paid plans available.

Line of Action. More drawing references, this one also has a focus on expressions, hands/feet, animals, landscapes. Free.

Animal Photo. You pose a 3d skull model and select an animal species, and they give you a bunch of photo references for that animal at that angle. Super handy. Free.

Height Weight Chart. You ever see an OC listed as having a certain weight but then they look Wildly different than the number suggests? Well here's a site to avoid that! It shows real people at different weights and heights to give you a better idea of what these abstract numbers all look like. Free to use.

Colouring practice because I can count with one hand how many times I've actually put in the effort to finish all my silly art, background and all (four). Also because I wanted a cute wallpaper for my laptop HAHAHA

I found out Krita could animate and immediately went to make a funny disorganised sonadow vid. I have zero experience on animating, this was made with a dream and a huion tablet 😔 (the art lowering in quality at the end is frying me) Used capcut to put these scenes together dawg

sketches and redraws of pinterest memes because I got my hands on my sister's tablet 🤞🤞 (the drawing on the top left corner got corrupted mid drawing idk hOW 💔💔😣)

sketches of my current hyperfixation that i can sense will follow me to my deathbed except its just sonadow with a dash of shadamy (platonic or not is your choice lol) also the short interactions drawn were from low quality pinterest memes and the some of them were referenced from comics/games/shows
