I hate this. TW-self harm

I hate how people think that 'self harm' is just cutting. No, it isn't. Self harm doesn't have to be physical. Self criticism, pulling of hair, digging our nails into our skin, clawing at our skin, bringing ourselves down and telling ourselves that we are not good enough, they are all self harm. People just don't get it. And it really annoys me. Just because you can't see it doesn't mean they aren't harming them selves.

i wonder if there’s a future where i don’t die young.

i wonder who i would become

i wonder how my hair would grey

how crows feet would crease my eyes

how i’d see my friend grow old

how i’d love and feel and grow
