i think- i think i just got asked out

Thinking about how Bakugou would be at the gym with you. When you first started dating he would go for hours. Literally would be 4 to 5 hours after not hearing much from him and then when he was done, he’d send you a shirtless pic in the mirror of the gym, just covered in sweat.

Then he’d ask if you’d like to come, he promises it won’t be as long as he would- or nearly as intense if you’re just starting out. It’s not a public gym anyways so there won’t be any civilian creeps. It’s a high end pro-hero gym.

He’d have you share a gym bag, even a water bottle. He would do his sets first, just to show you how the right form is and then when it’s your turn he’d mindlessly swat your hand away so he could rack the weights for you.

During squats, he’d stand right behind you. Giving glares to anyone who’d look your way. Sometimes he’d push up against you when you stand back up. And when you rack your bar, his chest presses against your back to “help” you.

Before every set he’d fix your hair out of your face, off your neck, out of the way of your movements.

After every set, he’d smack your ass, giving a little squeeze. He’d never leave your side either, just to show all the extras you’re his.

With a satisfied smirk on his face he’d shove you the water bottle and remind you to hydrate. He’d never admit how hot you look with your lips pressed against the bottle.

And at the end- Stretching? He’s more than happy to assist, in fact, he doesn’t want you to do it without him. His calloused hands press on your back as you reach forward telling you “C’mon baby, just a little more.” He’d have you lay on your stomach as he takes your left leg to bend and presses your thigh into your chest. He’ll lean his torso into your hamstring, not at all trying to hide his bulge that’s been aching for an hour right in between your legs.

Has he told you all the benefits of post-workout sex yet?

he does it so often you swear it became a reflex of his.

katsuki’s arm keeps you close to his side as his fingers trace up and down your arm, leaving a trail of warmth with each distance they travel across your bare skin. it’s an absent-minded action, one that eases him into a clear train of thought as you snuggle into him under a blanket on the couch.

“don’t look, babe, the next scene’s bloody.”

his tone is calm, as if the skin-crawling screams and cries the TV emits weren’t something that poked at his interest or distress signals. it’s the type of unbothered someone reaches after being exposed to something for long, and the numbing that comes as a result. there was nothing more gruesome than what he’d encountered on the path of herowork— that left no space for softness or faint heartedness.

yet, katsuki can’t help the way his calloused hand flies from your arm and gently pushes your head against his chest, letting it rest there as his hand hangs before your eyes.

the action is simple, but it doesn’t stop you smiling against him as you shift your head, just until your face hides in the toasty warmth that is him.

“thank you, katsu.”

his fingers graze your skin once more, this time on the side of your face.

“can’t risk nightmares, even if your stubborn ass decides to test fate.”

it’s a pleasant thing to hear him speak, head still as you hum with a little laugh. “my hero.”

katsuki scoffs at the title, hiding a little chuckle. “mhm, i’d better be.”

had you taken the risk and looked up at him, you would’ve been able to notice his own looking down at your figure. katsuki’s eyes weren’t quite his usual tone of red, the colour shifted slightly and illuminated by the screen lights dancing on his face. a small smile tugs at the corners of his lips, not quite permanent but long-lasting.

he has no reaction to the violence displayed in front of him, but it’s an unspoken rule— an unspoken promise he’s made to not let it or any other violence rip through your cushioned heart or mind. watching this movie and all the others he knew you wouldn’t— couldn’t stand, for what you didn’t know was before you was something he was willing to do.

as long as he could make sure to shield you from any horrors you couldn’t stand to see yourself when he watched it again, with you.

“you’re welcome.”

thinking about how you like to wear the tiniest costumes on halloween because you want to feel sexy and you do. Not only that but you make Katsuki be the other half, his costume being more modest seeing as how he doesn’t like dressing up all that much. But every. single. time. you end up getting cold and asking him for some of the layers to his costume.

Bakugou was less than phased by your choice of clothing, truth be told he didn’t care at all. If you thought you looked good in it (he always did too) than you would be wearing it no debate from him. You were so excited for this years annual halloween party because your costume was just too good. About two months ago you had started to gather the things for you and bakugou to be velma and scooby. You had it all planned out, turtleneck sweater that hugged your curves perfectly, a tiny little skirt, and some above the knee socks.

You wanted him to be shaggy but for whatever reason he said he’d be scooby. Dog head and all. Bakugou was on board with it as always, he did put up a fight when he realized how the character he was dressing up as acted, but you did some… convincing and he folded so quick.

Compliments after compliments on how the two of you looked together and then the familiar chill started. “Sukiiiiiii, m’ cold” You pout, cuddling into him. Bakugou looks down and you trying to snuggle into him for warmth and smiles at the cute display.

“Okay baby, let’s go change.” He says rubbing his pawed hand up and down your back. You look up at him confused thinking he didn’t have anything else to wear. “Change? What’re you gonna wear suki?” He doesn’t answer you but instead takes your hand to lead you to an empty bathroom.

“Just hold on, gotta get outa this thing first.” He mutters fumbling with the scooby suit zipper. When he finally gets it unzipped, you see the familiar brownish tan slacks and green untucked shirt.

Bakugou plans ahead, you should have known this. Once he fully steps out of the dog costume he hands it to you to wear. You giggle at the thought, the costume drowning you because of your size difference. You slipped your skirt off and put the fuzzy costume on instantly warming up.

“How do i look?” You giggle out holding out your paws.

“Very cute.” He says as he kisses the crown of your head and leads you back to the party.
