Much to my regret, I received news that my bestfriend had passed away today...and I wanted to pay tribute to her. The above text is our last conversation together. 😢 She has always supported me with everything I do related to Star Wars, and was looking forward to seeing the ARC trooper cosplay I was building.
I wanted to draw something dedicated to her, so here is a fan artwork I made of my TCW OC ARC Commander Seraph, and Republic senator/steadfast clone rights activist Mina Everheart, with her name inspired by my bestfriend's.
In her loving memory, I imagine that I am hugging her one last time through this fan work. Sleep in peace, babe. Ilysm, and may the Force be with you. ❤️
The aspect that REALLY got me into Tigerclaw as a villian is the fact that Starclan decided there was no way to change his fate other than killing him as an innocent kit.
Not an omen to change his mentor, who's violence heavily influenced him.
Not guiding him in his dreams onto the right path.
Not warning those around him.
Not changing the very code and rules he abuses to get away with cruelty.
A MAJORITY of the time, Starclan does not believe in redemption at all. If you are "evil", if you break the rules even once... They look at the ending instead of how you ended up in the situation you did. Making the choices you did. All that matters is what you've done wrong. Such a haunting concept.
Was there TRULY no way to change the fate of an innocent kit or was Starclan just too afraid of him to try? They saw what he could become and decided his quick, quiet death was the only solution.
Could Tigerclaw have been something more if Starclan hadn't abandoned him from the start?
I had a dream the other night and it got me thinking.
The only thing I can remember was that I was walking alone in a forest and got lost. At some point, this rotted corpse of a cat walks out of the trees and I start to follow it. I don't remember how it ends, but thats not the point.
The point is that it sparked the begining of an AU.
No one removed Tigerstar's body from fourtrees after Scourge killed him (as far as we know), and I'm pretty sure his corpse was gone by the end of Scourge's 3 day deadline. So where'd the body go? If foxes or crows got to it, there would still be something left of Tigerstar. But no, he just dissapeared.
In this AU, Tigerstar's spirit is forced back into his body after he died as a sort of punishment from Starclan. His body is dead but he isn't and he sorta just stalks the clans from the shadows for a while. I think he'd end up as a mentor figure to Lionblaze eventually once tpo3 rolls around, like Rock is to Jayfeather, just more evil (or not).
I'm not sure where I want to go with this, I just wanted to throw this out there and see if anyone finds it cool.

Kicking off the new year with a handful of doodles and sketches :)
this accurately shows how it feels getting a comment, heart or reblog of your post/art. <3 :D
Back on my Star Wars bullshit. This time it's Inquisitor Fives. @phantasm-echo's Inquisitor Fives AU really inspired me :)
