Have some of my planning scribbles for my vat7k x httyd au. Once my exams finish I will start doing digital sketches for it :)

the fact I was telling my friend this and I randomly pointed out that let’s be honest, if Disney made vat7k they wouldn’t let either one of them wear a dress or skirt, but we all as a fandom expressed our own views and choose to represent the characters however we want

(if I wanna draw Varian in a dress I AM >:) )

Every time someone brings up the topic of Varian can't wearing skirts but Hugo can it's so fucking tiring to me

Both characters can be complex in gender

Both characters can wear whatever at any giving time

The clothes don't have gender or sex, they are a form of expression.

You can wear a fucking skirt and not giving a fuck

You can wear pink as a guy and not giving a fuck

If it applies for one character it can apply for the other too

Fiction is fiction but fiction is still expression.

A character is a vessel for you to explore the character and yourself on the way

uhhh I have no idea home Tumblr works, BUT FIRST POST YAYAYAY. I originally planned on posting this for Valentine’s Day but got way to excited about the drawing heheh.

my art teacher told us we are going to have to do another presentation to our class of our final projects and I will actually explode on stage.

like, the problem is it’s having an anime style and doing digital art IS EVERYONE AT MY SCHOOL JUDGES IT AND FINDS IT CHILDISH, and when you have to stand up in front of a class who are meant to give you advice on things you can improve, they don’t give you any, it’s all silent and scary as hell.

(I had to do this last term as well EXCEPT WITH THREE ART TEACHERS ALSO JUDGING ME.)

bored and have nothing to do so have a Nuru scribble I did a while back

spent my morning crying over the newest hanako kun episode, (It was so perfect) :)

skipping school today to go see the minecraft movie with my brother ✌️

(I literally had one class today so it basically doesn’t even matter)

I like how I can’t watch Trigun stampede without thinking of vat7k, like both shows have two blond dorks with undercuts, piercings and emo boyfriends. (Only difference is they have the complete opposite personalities).

I wish I was better at blender because then I’d totally design a Disney infinity figure version of Varian. (do yall remember Disney infinity???)
