rewatching violet evergardan while I draw, and it’s still one of the most perfect series and will constantly time and time again make you cry when you watch it.
Day 3 inspired by song lyrics
For Varigo week I already have a drawing planned for day 3 which is the inspired by song lyrics. I'm keeping it a secret for now but if i was to do another song inspired one i'd do it to 'Good little girl' from adventure time.
I just remembered a line from the Sasaki and Miyano manga that is just so vat7k Varigo coded. Here’s a little mini Varigo version:
varian: Would you do it for me?
Hugo: huh?
varian: Pierce my ears… it’s a mark I’m going to have for the rest of life, so…
Hugo : … (probably screaming in his head about how cute varian would be with earrings)
Haha yah um I’m not the best with writing or coming up with ideas but I just thought it was cute :)
I just discovered vat7k this year and when I first saw Hugo I hated his design (I’m sorry, but he looked so punchable) and eventually when I saw more fanarts of him his design grew on me eventually leading to me making fanart of him.
(I feel like the different ways of seeing people draw him make him less punchable)
i just keep seeing hugo fanart. and some people say he’s ugly and he is. he is kinda ugly. but the more fanart i see the more i think “oh no, he’s hot”
drawing the coronian sun symbol is the bane of my existence because every time I have to do a drawing with it I always end up having to do so many AND GETTING IT TO LOOK RIGHT IS SO ANNOYING.
(I could just copy and paste but I have to re size it and then it gets pixely)
Amber invites Varian to a workout session and Nuru and Hugo volunteer as the weights for weightlifting.
omg first drawing request. I hope you enjoy these scribbles! They slowly became less and less serious 😅
I had a lot of fun drawing these :)
Happy 2 years to the Owl house finale! I thought i might just post an old drawing of mine, (and wow that means this drawing is 2 years old, can't really see much difference in style growth).
La Mariposa + An Bláth
I saw a masquerade art challenge and decided it would be a good time to indulge with my Concepts.
I'm personally a fan of a masquerade/ball setting being way later in the story, ideally in Hugo's kingdom, where class injustice plays a huge part. Meaning, only nobles and the wealthy have access to extravagant balls, which also means that if the gang wants to find the secrets of the industrial kingdom- it's time to infiltrate a masquerade.
Varian might be playing the Princely Gentleman part a little too seriously, or he might just be getting a little impulsive- he's been pining for a while now which means that the sappy romantic inside him is popping out. Which he doesn't realize in time, obviously
I have no explanation for this scribble, I just got to excited about my parents telling me they were getting me a new iPad and I felt like drawing something haha
Who knows, maybe in the future I’ll make something out of this scribble
