I had the pleasure and privilege to watch the wild robot early and, can I just say how LOVELY it is to have two fantastic family movies;

(transformers one was really really good, I watched that last saturday)

come out practically back to back?

It was phenomenal, the acting and writing were great, the animation and set design was superb, and it's message was beautiful. Some real nice tear jerking moments and omg humour? In a FAMILY movie??? Unheard of.

When it comes out, watch the wild robot. It is worth it. I had some very minor gripes about pacing but it's a blast.

The nice thing is if you aren't interested in challenge, you don't have to turn on the higher difficulty (death mode, eternity mode, etc.) And can still do the crazy crafting.

Plus, it's always more fun with other ppl! If you're struggling to get into the modded side, you can ask around and see if anyone is up to start a new playthrough. I know I'm always up for more playthroughs, so I'm sure others are too.

I think my favorite items in all of terraria are the items that combine like 10 things into one MEGA thing.

There's only a few off the top of my head, there's the obvious Zenith which obviously that thing is cool- it's a "post post post" game reward.

Terraspark boots, the triple balloon horshoe thing, Ankh Shield- even the cell phone and the associated parts (and its further upgrade)!

I LOVE having a reason to go around collecting tons of stuff to make a MEGA thing. Big fan when mods add yet more of that :)

(The spooky mod has multiple of these! Based on themed sets! Excitedly collecting!)

So I started a playthrough with a few irl friends.

There's all the mods that we're using.

We didn't do too much, got some starter gear and stuff.

We had a blood moon, it was a massacre. So many gravestones littered the area we set up base.

We didn't do much else before the battery of the host's PC died.

Calamity deathmode day 8? 9? Don't remember.

I turned it to expert mode. Master mode is just a joke.

Back to normal progression, beat golem and got scoria, im in the process of beating plaguebringer and ravager

I'm sad I had to lessen the difficulty, but for my own sake, I had to.

fuck this stupid worm I swear to god I went and got a sword that does almost 1000 damage and fires bouncy explosive bullets, a shotgun that shoots grenades that shake the screen and a staff that summons 3 daggers that fly around slicing and dicing shit and I have an armour set that has an ability that can turn all damage taken into healing and somehow it still finds a way to KO me

I commissioned @mythicalwater to do a portrait of my new dnd character Zu and omg I love him so much. He's just a lil goofball he can't be expected to hold still for a portrait!

Recently watched murder drones for the first time.

I watched that teaser they did ages ago and thought 'nah ill pass' but I saw do many cool moments posted and felt like giving it a go.

It was absolutely nothing like that teaser, I thought it was amazing.

If you haven't given it a try, at least the first episode, it's very very VERY good.
