         𝐏𝐈𝐂𝐓𝐔𝐑𝐄 𝐇𝐈𝐌 𝐁𝐑𝐎𝐊𝐄𝐍 ,    head bowed in obliterated weakness and coming to rest softly ‘pon her shoulder.    in this darkness ,    she stands like a 𝒃𝒆𝒂𝒄𝒐𝒏 𝒐𝒇 𝒍𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 ,    unwavering.    THE BRIGHTEST STAR IN HIS GALAXY.    how could he ever endure the loss of her  ?    the answer is simple  :    he wouldn’t.    first comes the coldness of dread ,    alike glacial fingers that ensnare his fragile mind.    all things die ,    whispers the dragon.    ❛    what if i can’t    ––––    ❜    save you.    oh ,    he cannot speak of it  !    merely imagining existence without her brings about paralyzing terror    /    and so the dragon rejoices.    𝕖𝕧𝕖𝕟 𝕤𝕥𝕒𝕣𝕤 𝕓𝕦𝕣𝕟 𝕠𝕦𝕥 ,    𝕒𝕟𝕒𝕜𝕚𝕟 𝕤𝕜𝕪𝕨𝕒𝕝𝕜𝕖𝕣.    ❛    WHAT IF I’M NOT POWERFUL ENOUGH  ?    ❜    it is only in the cover of night shadows that he dares voice such concern ,    notes trembling in fear.    he wasn’t enough once    ––––    and his mother paid the price.    arms tighten ‘round her frame  ;    perhaps she’ll remain unhurt should he never let go.    ❛    i love you ,    so much.    ❜    emotion swallows his words.    ❛    i can’t lose you.    ❜          

          ❛  death   is   part   of   life,   anakin.   it’s   –––   natural,   for   all   of   us.  ❜    a   small,   practiced   smile.   ❛  &   if   it   should   find   me   sooner   than   later,   i’d   still   be   with   you   …   you   know   that.   nothing   could   keep   me   away   …   ❜   tears   prick  at   the   corners   of   her   eyes;   mirrored   constellations   spell   and   tremble.   (     she’d   been fearful.     )   it’s   true.   but   right   here,   &   right   now,   the   stubbornness   of   a   queen’s   heart   and   a   politician’s   mind   steels   her   resolve.   she   won’t   bend   now.  not   before   him,   as   he   needs   her   most.  𝐒𝐇𝐄   𝐖𝐈𝐋𝐋   𝐒𝐏𝐈𝐋𝐋   𝐇𝐄𝐑   𝐒𝐎𝐑𝐑𝐎𝐖𝐒   𝐀𝐌𝐎𝐍𝐆𝐒𝐓   𝐓𝐇𝐄   𝐖𝐈𝐍𝐃𝐒   𝐎𝐅   𝐀   𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐌,   𝐋𝐎𝐍𝐆   𝐂𝐎𝐌𝐈𝐍𝐆.  he   envelops   her,   body   &   soul !!  –––––––   she’ll   steady   the   waves,   a   master   of   the   tide.          R   E   S   T.          ❛  we   could   run   from   everything,   all   of   this.   the   council,   the war,   the ( fear )   …   ani,   run   with   me.   with   our   baby.  we   still   have   time;   we   can   find   our   answers   there.   i   know   of   places,   places   that   are   safe  !!   places   that   we   can   be   happy   –––––   free.  ❜
