There are some duos in the Life Series that will always be loyal to each other no matter what.
First off there’s the most obvious Bdubs and Etho. This is definitely more one sided on Bdubs half as he’ll do anything to do back to Etho but even then Etho still favours him quite a bit more than others. By this I mean he’ll still agree to teaming with Bdubs or anything of the sorts if he asks and as seen in Double Life will even be salty if not. (3rd Life: I’m not too sure on this because I haven’t evaluated the series as much as the other but please do tell me if there’s something, Last Life: Team BEST, Double Life: Jealous Etho, Limited Life: Betrayer Bdubs)
Then theres Ren and Martyn the undying king and hand. This is less obvious than the previous one but still SO OBVIOUS. The two of them will also always get drawn to each other in any given circumstance. Now this might be because of the huge bond they shared in the first series or just because they’re both a fan of the dramatics and love good storytelling, but either way if you team with one of them eventually the information will get shared to the other. (3rd Life…well you know, Last Life: Shadow Alliance, Double Life: that one meet up they had summoning Pearl and from then forth)
Scott and Cleo is the next one because after Last Life both of them have teamed up in every season and have done a proper allyship. This one is more influenced by the competitive nature of the two players and not trusting other people hence why they always resort back to each other. But in a happy way instead of being forced to. They also have a similar sense of humor which helps in them being a good duo overall and allowing them to team up that many times. (3rd Life: widows alliance, Last Life: after Cleo’s betrayal, Double Life: chosen soulmates, Limited Life: secret alliances)
Tell me if I’m forgetting any duos that’ve been together since the start because I’m sure to have
maybe I’ll do one on duos that always end up fighting next…
I'd literally kill for countryhumans/Hetalia friends.
she gives you a wooden sword and says she wants your head, what do you do?

Put Martyn inthelittlewood in everything, for extra flavor
Simple question hermitblr.
WHY IS XB A FISH
When Impulse kills Bdubs, it almost feels... Anticlimactic.
There's hardly any fanfare. An arrow to the shoulder, another slicing open his cheek. Blood drips down in thin rivers, Bdubs' expression twisted in pain as Impulse knocks another arrow back-
"Should we call a truce?" Impulse asks, a wide grin stretching across his lips. Bdubs scowls at him. Impulse almost laughs. "Bdubs, truce?"
(A faint memory, "Day one team-!")
A wordless shout rips itself from Bdubs' throat. An arrow grazes Impulse's arm, a stinging pain blooming from the cut. Impulse scoffs.
There's a flash of sharp teeth, "That's not a truce," He says, his bow drawn tight.
"Bye!"
The arrow flies through the air, a swift cut as Impulse's bowstring snaps back into place-
Blood spurts from Bdubs' neck. He collapses onto the floor, coughing up crimson as it stains his clothes, smearing red across his skin. Impulse puts down his bow.
He steps forward. Once, then twice, until he's only a foot away.
Impulse watches the light fade from Bdubs' eyes. They go from bright and wide to glassy and dull, his arms giving away from underneath him, a hand draped over the edge.
Impulse stares down at him, his previous grin wiped clean.
Adrenaline still courses through his veins, hot like magma that pounds with the beating of his heart.
Bdubs goes still. Then, his body tips over, sending him tumbling right over the edge.
He disappears in a puff of smoke. The blood on the stone remains.
It feels like nothing. It feels like everything.
Impulse breathes in, breathes out.
That was easier than he imagined it'd be.
(And far less bloody, his mind supplies. Less pleading, no tears shed.)
It's weird, Impulse thinks, his gaze caught on where Bdubs fell. The sky is a bright blue, whisps of clouds framing the view. Why did he...
Impulse frowns, shaking the thoughts from his head. His wings itch.
"We're done, aren't we?" Impulse asks, his voice lost in the vast blue. The wind whispers in his ears. "We're done."
He turns back around. It's not safe to stand still for too long.
Impulse turns his attention back to his team, to the game, and to his plans. He breathes in, slow and steady, like he didn't just watch his ex-soulmate die.
(Like he didn't want to catch him when he fell. Not even for a second.)
Impulse grits his teeth.
No, definitely not.
Doc and Grian’s dynamic is that Grian is Doc’s greatest nemesis, but Doc is not Grian’s nemesis.
Do you get me?
