I just listened to the shmanners episode about libraries and at my local library you can, as a library goer, get a key-card to access the facilities between the hours 06.00-22.00 all days of the week. The library is only staffed some days of the week under normal business hours and I was wondering if this is something common of if my local library is a bit odd in that regard

I've been very intrested in cakes lately, not only eating but making cakes . It is so hard to make a good cake firstly cutting a spongecake in half evenly = nearly impossible, secondly making the fillings a balance between stable and wet is a science I've been unable to crack, lastly it is just difficult to make a cake look neat and not like an uneven mess.
