DC should get a good clown character instead of only evil/antihero clowns. But instead of making the clown a superhero, just make them a very chill and genuinely nice person who helps people but in normal ass ways. DC needs a clown that gets cats out of trees and starts directing traffic when the lights go out. Put them in Gotham and make them like a stereotypical party clown too.
