I just had to say something about being against AI art even for a cover art of the magazine that the specialized educational facility will publish with their students, I thought even tho most of the people might not understand their art, it'd be still way much more better than AI magazine cover.
So my cousin (one of the teachers from there) just pulled the "then draw bitch u can perfectly draw better than us" card and I said "okš”" so goodbye to my bnha x batfam and taof fanart drawing for a little bit more timešš
Yāknow, a lot of people think that Aizawa wouldnāt want Midoriya to become a teacher so he can āhave some peaceā, but honestly, after everything that happened in the war, I think heād enjoy having someone from 1A around. He cares so much for those kids. Now he can only watch them be heroes through a TV screen. At least having one nearby to check on, maybe share lunch with, grade papers, and talk about the new generations of heroes together.
And think about it. They both had a highly sought after quirk that they both lost in the war. Aizawaās really the only person at UA who knows exactly what thatās like.
Midoriya would also help with anything involving Eri. Need someone to make food for after band practice? Got it. Need someone to take you to competition? Absolutely. The two are unstoppable together.
And honestly, I think Aizawa sees Shirakumo in Midoriya. He sees a dream that was taken too quickly. He asks Midoriya if heās lonely, because he knows how painful it is to be separated from his friends. He may still put up a gruff exterior, but I think he really wants Midoriya to do his best, take pride in his work now.
I headcanon he put in the recommendation for Midoriya to come teach. Just like Nemuri did for him.
I've been seeing this trend over and over again and then i wanted to do it too but i swear i was trying to make his face look better š
tried to mix these and didnt end well i guessš
The outfit
Guess who had genuine fun and who got dragged along
(It's like... the most unexpected character combo I've ever drawn????)
LOOK AT THE COLORING, LOOK AT THE TATTOOS, LOOK AT OCHAKO'S BEAUTIFUL FACE, LOOK AT HIMIKO'S BAD BARBER CHOICES, LOOK AT THE TOGACHAKO AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
I'm so late as always but togachako as caitvi, huh... (I wanted to do more concepts but no time no time sadly) (and Ochako going though her edgelord phase is too hilarious to me lol)
And Vi doing her back tattoo to mourn the loss of her family give me an idea of Himiko mourning the League, so I needed to design it specifically (but while Vi's tattoo said her family is the mechanism which makes her work, I think Himiko would think the League is her heart and basically the thing holding her together (not sure if the symbols of each member are recognizable tho))
Ayo does this one count too-š¤
May I introduce you to princess Katsuki getting caught / cradled / carried by his friends:
If I missed one it wasn't on purpose, I tried so hard to remember all these moments š
I just saw one of my fav artists telling us to rest and take care of ourselves and then I wanted to draw something for him but also wanted to share it here too, lately I started to not taking care of myself well and I kinda forget how important to sleep, having time to myself, feeling comfortable in my room etc.
So lets try to take care of ourselves better together or smthng idk
I swear Horikoshi's actual hobby is messing with us and having fun while watching us
Hori is just messing with us at this point
Here is something someone pointed out to me on the AFO discord. I don't know Japanese, so take things with a grain of salt to not spread misinformation! But. . . Koga - the construction company that AFO had/worked at.
How it's written in the Japanese version: ē² - armour/first class č³ - celebration.
Okay, nothing specific.
BUT... What other way can Koga be spelled as? ä¹ ę
AND GUESS WHAT THAT MEANS!
ä¹ - Hisashi ę - I/myself (I am Hisashi) ⦠Yea
thinkinā about katsuki and himiko
(chapter 392)
these two are very similar, but canon doesnāt do much at all to make their connection obvious.
they both have a very simple driving force for everything they do. for katsuki, itās his desire for victory. for himiko, itās her uncontrollable tendency to love. theyāre both unapologetic about their motives and they take pride in it. theyāre both in love with izuku.
now back to the above panel. āthis sort of deviant behavior is common in children with powerful quirks.ā another similarityāthose motivations they have in life arenāt socially acceptable. also, they have incredibly overpowered quirks.
but what does this society value more, power, or normalcy? power. always.
so, in the eyes of the society meant to raise them, katsukiās raw power outweighs his pissy attitude.
but the stakes were higher for himiko. explosion can easily be used in manner that doesnāt harm peopleākatsuki demonstrates that often. transform, on the other hand, relies on blood, which is much easier obtained by harming someone rather than finding other sources.
little himiko couldnāt help but to love so deeply. but when those around her chose to antagonize that rather than praise her for it, she chose to wield her knife with hatred, not love. society didnāt want to put the effort into helping himiko. i donāt think their stance wouldāve changed much if sheād intended to be a hero like katsuki.
so, in this universe, there exists a fine line between those praised for how they were born, and those antagonized for how they were born.
I'm just gonnna say it since the manga is almost over. If bakudeku isn't canon by the end of the series, I am begging all of you guys to do one thing.
One
thing.
Would it be a more satisfying payoff to their character arcs? Yes.
Is the currently foreshadowed boy-meet-girl lazy romance one of the weakest parts of MHA's writing? Yes.
But you cannot assume that Hori has genuinely considered bkdk in a romantic context, or that Jump would even allow it. There's a lot built for an intimate relationship between Bakugou and Deku but unless Hori says that's where the story is going and then backs out that does not count as queerbaiting.
If the manga ends and the entire fandom devolves into just that argument, I will not forgive you guys. I'm just asking you guys to use just a fraction of the brain power you apply to bakudeku meta posts to this possibility.
I'm trusting you, okay?
