I don't know how to tell you guys this but the hero billboard chart was never the focal problem of hero society, nor was it ever presented that way.

(The real reason why shoto is there is that he is the only student who can be calm during those card games, therefore if someone goes wild he has to create a wall with his ice😔)

Loving the implication that Bakugou is not the only reason card games are banned in the dorms because they absolutely broke something from going this hard.
