it’s Fruges’s birthday yalls

(her actual birthday is in the summertime and shes actually like 8 years old but its for the storyline i never finished but uknowwhatimean)

This OC I had for a while but Tumblr flagged it for no reason

Name: Fuyu (Japanese for “Winter”)

Age : a Icejin equivalent of 20

Nickname : N/A

Height : Slightly smaller than Frieza (Frieza is 5ft and Fuyu is 4’11 ft)

Occupation : He is a Time Patroller, he is very passionate and enthusiastic toward his job (but he doesn’t want to show his enthusiasm)

Background : Fuyu as a child grew up with his father on a small secluded planet away from everyone and Fuyu didn’t know why even to this day. While on the planet his father taught him how to fight but only the basics. Soon it went up a level with a sword until he broke the blade in half. Fuyu hated fighting but his dad forced him because he knew the Fuyu will need it.

One day his father got really sick to the point he couldn’t leave bed and the only thing that can heal him is to go off planet to find a special medicinal herb to cure his father. After going to the planet and getting the herb he made his way back only to find his planet in the middle of being destroyed by a meteorite (secretly is was my oc Frostbite back when he was working with Frieza dun dun dun!) He watched in horror of his home being destroyed. He doesn’t even know if his dad died or not.

Fuyu wondered around different planets trying to find shelter. He did. Just a planet ruled by criminals. Fuyu did the worse of the worse jobs (drug runner, getting beaten, and so many terrible jobs) just to get a meal without getting scammed let alone get shelter. Despite all the bad things Fuyu never fought anyone and tried his best to be kind to others, but that didn’t work but he still tried again and again.

The only thing that kept him going are the Time Patrollers propaganda. He wanted to be one. This went on for a few years. Fuyu needed help but he had no one to rely on. One day an powerful army arrived on the planet and went to war with the criminals. Fuyu used all the money he had and looted money off the corpses of the biggest of the baddest to bribe a pilot to take him to Toki Toki city where the Time Patrol was. When he arrived he was still homeless. He did small jobs that he didn’t mind if you compare it to the other jobs he did but his time at the other planet took its toll. He started to steal jewelry and other small things.

One day he was selling some beverages by himself, Nagging some trinkets here and there until he tried to steal from a purple haired saiyan only to be caught red handed. Instead of being punished he got something that he never experienced in forever. Comfort. The purple haired saiyan was “Trunks”, kneeled down and felt the pain Fuyu went through. Trunks told him “That everything is alright.” Trunks took Fuyu under his wing and trained him. Raised him. Fuyu soon after joined the Time Patrol academy. Years after he was old enough to be an actual time patroller. Fuyu now is something that kept him alive as a child. A Time Patroller.

After some time he was assigned a partner. Xue. It was very rocky but with time the two loved each other. (#OTP lol)

But his past still haunts him ‘till this day.

About him: Fuyu is quiet, very kind, passionate, peaceful but he lies sometimes, greedy from his past, and insecure.

Fuyu is quite confident in his fighting skills but would rather try to talk it out then fight.

Fuyu is not the greatest with strangers but can strike up a small conversation.

He doesn’t know very much people but he respects Trunks the one who saved him from his past, Gohan (from what he heard from trunks), and knows about the Z fighters, Cooler and Frieza

In order for Fuyu to tolerate ones Red or Pupilless eyes is if Fuyu likes the said character as a friend or just time.

Fuyu’s greed nearly got him killed from one of his time patrols if it wasn’t for Xue saving him, fuyu would of died all because of some gem in a rock near lava.

When there’s a group of friends in which Fuyu is in are talking about lot of things he tends to get quiet. He tries his best to keep his friends from harm and try his best to prevent disaster from happening.

At the criminal planet Fuyu was forced to test a hallucinogen that exploited his greatest fears and two of his fear is this.

One is Red or Pupilless eyes. When he does see them, he freezes up in fear and if there’s Trunks or Xue, he usually seeks them immediately.

The other is being completely alone with no one to help him.

Fuyu is able to go 2nd and 3rd form but he doesn’t the only forms he uses is the final or golden. The thing is that Fuyu doesn’t like going gold. He only uses it if it’s needed. (In a RP we’ll discuss the actual strength of him so it will be balanced.)

Likes: Zeni, Stargazing, Being with his lover Xue, Most earthling foods, floating on water(likes how it feels)

Dislikes : Sour food, SUPER DUPER MUSCULAR people like Broly, ANYTHING WITH RED EYES OR EYES WITH NO PUPILS

Weaknesses: His Greed, not very strong (physically) , Not good under pressure at all, his haunting of his past, Carelessness for others when he sees something that’s worth A LOT OF MONEY.

Strengths : Swords skills rivals trunks, SUPERB Stamina, very fast(with or without a sword), Protective towards friends, Pretty smart (includes street smarts), Uses strategy to get the upper hand, loyal towards friends and masters.

During Fuyu’s childhood when he was stranded on the criminal planet. Fuyu had nothing, absolutely nothing. He was treated like garbage, Fuyu struggled everyday just to eat something. It go so bad that Fuyu wanted to end it all. Right there and then but he pulled through.

Occupation : Scienctist of her own laboratory

Appearance: She is similar looking to cooler but more feminine and the main colour is blue and wears a lab coat (like 24/7)

Backround : Tën grew up with her mother and father that were both scientists that were very rich. She started to learn and study at a very young age and started to become extremely smart. She started to help work with her parents when she was 7. One year later her baby brother was born, Xaye. Tën absolutely loved him with all her heart and watched him when there parents weren’t around. Soon after tradegy struck when her father died in a laboratory accident. She was affected pretty hard but her mother helped her and soon she moved on. After a couple of years she grew and got smarter and started to work in the laboratory. During those years her mother got a desease and never told her about it and soon it got worse and worse. Soon after Tën noticed and tried her best to help her dying mother but sadly she was too late and her mother died. Tën became very troubled and sad. She soon realized that Xaye needed her and soon she moved on from the tradegy and raised Xaye as a loving older sister. Now she owns her own laboratory and home working on her own experiments.

About her: Tën is very kind, willing to help others, and is extremely smart.

Tën loves labcoats and you will not see her without one.

Tën absolutely loves coffee... straight up addicted to coffee.

(I like Roma a lot as I put a good amount of time on her. So she’s not getting change from my reboot. Roma will stay Roma. I’m rebloging again due to some thing I added and Tumblr bugging out on me)

I spend some good time working on this and I’m proud to introduce you to Roma!

Height: She’s a tall person. Just up to Goku’s neck if the two stood side-by-side.

Occupation: A combat medic in the Time Patrol

Family: Father (Alive), Mother (Deceased)

Backstory:

This bundle of joy was born into a very rich family on a very old planet with secrets that have yet to bo discovered. Her Dad was a “Businessman” and Her mother is a Doctor that did everything. Her family was a happy one. Roma spent her time with her mother to learn the medical skills and her Father went to work. They were a nice humble with no problems... until one day Roma was told to help clean her dads office and she did. Under the desk she found a button, and she pressed it and a secret door opened up.

Curious she went inside and went into the hallway and entered a room with ancient books and relics. She couldn’t make up most of the rooms but the one thing she could make out was something to do with Time manipulation. Roma’s curiosity took a toll when she accidentally knocked a fragile artifact and it exploded with a small, quiet but mysterious effect. She didn’t feel anything happen at all though. She shrugged it off, thinking that was nothing. She exited the secret room before her dad noticed at all.

As the years past Roma’s parents started to drift away. Roma’s dad started to work more and more and not spending time with Roma. Her mother did not approve of that. Arguments increased. Roma still spent time with her mother with medical stuff learning many things.

In her teens, thing between her parents grew to a boiling point of their relationship. One day Roma’s dad asked her to come at the office. To learn the truth. It turns out that her dad is a crime lord. Then Roma heard a scream. Her mother. She was shot by a special bullet that can kill majins that she learned with her mother. Roma tried everything to save her mother but her mother died before she could save her. Her mother was... assassinated.

Outraged at her father. It’s his fault that Roma’s mom was dead. His fault that he was a crime lord leading to this... but it was HER fault for not saving her mom. Roma ran away from home and into the outside world. She spend most of her time helping the wounded trying to forgive herself for being unable to save her mother. Her medical skills was noticed by many people... that she can be used as a tatical move to their gang.

Roma was leaving a alleyway when four men attacked her. She was on the ground, these men were going to kipnap her! Then... everything... Froze in place. Like. Time itself. Then the men started to reverse a little bit but Roma can move around just fine. She beat the thugs up and after that Roma had a strong gift. To stop time. (I’ll talk about this more later).

Years later of roaming and helping anyone that she could do. She got the news that her dad’s in prison for life. She visited her father. It was a emotional meeting but she still couldn’t forgive him and herself for getting her mom killed. Roma’s dad gave her all of the crime money and told her not to follow in his footsteps. She did that. For her mother. Not her father. It was what Roma’s mother would’ve wanted.

Roma needed a peaceful place to go to. To get away from most things and think about life. She heard of a place that was called Conton city. She went there to buy a mansion with her tens of trillions of money she got from her dad.

Months past and she did nothing. Just. Nothing. Thinking what her mother would do now. If Roma asked her mother she’ll say ‘The right thing’. Wait... the right thing. Roma helped and protected many people that needed it. She needed to help people in need but Conton had very little people that had needed it but there was a program that did specially that.

The Time Patrol...

Roma signed up to the academy. She struggled a little bit but she still past with her medical skills. She was assigned as a Combat Medic for the TP.

Roma still is trying to forgive herself for her mother’s death... and her father as well secretly...

Personality: VERY Supportive, perfectionist, slightly snobbish, joyful, hates sour food, organized, messy at times. She tends to hold grudges against people if they’re mean or just not a nice person.

Likes: Helping others, exploring, sleeping, having everything nice and tidy (except her bed...), being independent.

Dislikes: Failing other because it remind her of her mother and how Roma failed to save her. People who are assholes, people who are criminals.

People she likes: Her mother... that’s about it.

Strengths: Her time manipulation (I’ll express more about this.., Her medical skills, her kindness for others, her speed, compassion and willpower.

Weaknesses: hard on herself, not very strong at all, Gullible, Can and Will shut herself away from others if someone dies and she could’ve done something about it, slightly naive.

Now to address the elephant in the room. Her Time Manipulation. She can COMPLETELY stop time, nothing can break through it BUT to compensate for that she can only stop time for 0.025 of a second (Hit can stop time for a 0.1 of a second to compare.) AND instead Roma’s Time-Skip is a dome like blast that is mediocre in size that Roma HAS to shoot or throw out. It’s like a grenade that forms a dome that completes stops time for 0.025 of a second. I hope this balances her out enough.

Roma it the worst person to sleep with she one of these sleepers... (I didn’t want to draw this so imagine that’s Roma)

So due to a busy life and not very much motivation to work on it. I’m Abandoning my cool idea. I thought with the tree I could have more cooler ideas but It actually just put walls that made creating oc’s not fun and difficult. I will still be working on oc’s (Which one is being worked on so stayed tuned for that) and Xaye will be reworked on...
