welp here we are again

I'm reading mtmte for the first time and seeing all the different pairings is so great bc it's like. wow this pairing is centered in the concept of two people being strangers/at odds but slowly over the course of the story growing closer and eventually falling in profound love where a hardened warrior is softened by his beloved. wow this pairing is rooted in the concept of two lovers already established at the beginning of the story being struck by a tragedy that leaves one of the lovers stuck in the depths of his own grief that is so profound that the sole reason he does not relieve himself of the pain of his grief by erasing his own memory of his lover (like he has multiple times before) is because in a posthumous message from said lover he pleads for him not to do it because it would kill him (which perhaps the widowed lover would not have minded). wow this pairing is. well I don't know what the Fuck they are but I KNOW they have fucked at least once For Science. in fact it had to have been more than that because any good scientist runs multiple trials of an experiment in order to make sure results are consistent and
