For example when we read. We don't read letters by letters or words by words. Most of us read by just looking at it. It is automatic. The information goes into the brain extremely fast. Because we repeated the action of reading SO MUCH that our brain process it at "the speed of light".
If you want to create a new belief, you have to REPEAT.
Most of the time, you will manifest things into your life, under 10 000 repetition. Your 3d will start conforming way quicker than this BUT aiming toward this goals will be very helpful.
You can pick 10 affirmations which implies the same thing. You repeat them 100 times each. In the morning and right before going to sleep. In total you repeated your affirmations 2000 in the day. Tbh I believe that after that much repetition you should have manifested what you want already if you did not waver. If you continue doing it consistently for at least 5 days you would have repeated it 10 000 times and a new neural pathway would have been created. The seed would have been planted. The new belief is here, and your 3D is conforming.
I personally script a scene. A scene that implies that I have what I want. I will loop the scene as many times as I can. Litteraly brain washing my mind with it. Specially when waking up and when going to sleep. If you stay consistent results should come in less than a week.
Repetition creates fast results. No matter the amount of faith you have in your manifestation. You don't have to wait weeks or months to get your manifestation. As long as you repeat it enough, it will show up. You don't have to believe in it, YOU HAVE TO REPEAT IT. You have to persist. Until it shows up, because it will. There's no way it won't.

HOW TO ACTUALLY FEEL FULFILLED

And i’ll tell you, that you don’t need to worry.
People may give you advice on how to feel fulfilled, but doesn’t mean it will fulfill you.
Because little does your naive self know, that they’re just telling you what makes them feel fulfilled, not what makes you feel fulfilled.
No, I’m not talking about the fulfilment of “Yeah, I’m a God” that lasts 3 minutes. I’m talking about true fulfilment. The one that takes you places. The places you want to be. The long term fulfilment. The unshakeable fulfilment, because you know you are who you want to be.
Here’s how:
STEP 1: Decide what makes you feel fulfilled.
Is it affirming?
Is it visualising?
Is it scripting?
Is it just simply deciding that you have it?

STEP 2: Do what fulfills you every time your desire comes to mind. Fulfill yourself until the feeling of desire completely vanishes. You can compare it to your soul feeling some sort of hunger, feed your inner self until you no longer feel the need to. Because you are fulfilled.

Try to visualise or affirm or any method you’ve heard of, and whichever one(s) fulfill you, then those are the one(s) for you.
How do I know when i’m 100% fulfilled?
- You aren’t identifying with the 3D
- You aren’t waiting for your 3D to conform AKA being impatient.
- You feel free knowing you have what you want.
- You aren’t trying to get anything in the 3D.
- You think FROM your desire and not OF it.
- You aren’t viewing your desire as a desire, because you acknowledge that you can’t desire something you already have.
- You know that the 4D is realer than the 3D will ever be.
States to NOT occupy:
- State of lack (not accepting your desire in the 4D).
- State of waiting (waiting for the 3D to conform).
- State of failure (believing you’re doing something wrong).
- State of trying (trying to achieve something in the 3D).
REMINDERS!!!
- Mental health comes first
- You don’t have to fulfill yourself when you don’t want to.
- It is impossible for your 3D to not conform, you don’t have to assume that your 3D will conform.
- Your 3D reflects who you are. So give it something new to reflect.

- Knowing that your desire is YOURS in imagination (4D) and standing FIRM in that FACT.

A thing that a lot of people do is, they’ll affirm “I have everything I want.”
Then they’ll observe the thought, not the FEELING it gives them. The feeling of knowing. Although the whole point of affirming is to give them the feeling. Automatically putting them in the state of the wish fulfilled.
Relish in that FEELING until you are completely satisfied.
And we all know what satisfaction feels like. Like having a delicious meal and feeling full afterwards. Like taking a nice warm bubble bath on a cold winter night.
So feel satisfied. Fulfilled.

I feel like this post has the potential to shift all of your manifestation journeys to a more positive and successful ass direction. I’ve discovered SOO much these past few weeks regarding how manifesting works that is changing everything. If everyone were to apply this knowledge there will be no questions as to why your manifestation “hasn’t come yet” or why it feels hard for you.
Now look. 90 percent of us are familiar with the whole 10k Affirmation Challenge (repeating affirmations 10,000 times for it to become fact in your mind) This trend has been HUMBLING to say the least. THIS is why PERSISTING and REPETITION is so important!! Our bodies try to fight the change it’s not comfortable with.
You have to just make yourself push through that temporarily uncomfortable feeling of not being used to a certain way of thinking.
think about this. you know you aren’t going to accept going back to your old story, so you might as well stop half-assing and letting your old programming have your way every time. It will save you lots of mental frustration due to everyday being a roller coaster (one moment you are so confident have your desires the next you’re unsure and reliving all old past beliefs and circumstances because that’s what you’re comfortable with knowing.)
You will humble yourself so fast like I did if you set timers on your phone for the duration you want to affirm/do ur techniques for your desires. I used to think I’d affirm so long when I wasn’t timing anything until I realized I wasn’t even talking to myself in the mirror for 5 minutes. This is how we see our desired thoughts become dominant

so we all know how self concept is one of the big keys to manifestation. how you view yourself in relation to the world around you is extremely important and can greatly affect how you manifest. however, there is another key to manifestation that often gets overlooked and that is persistence.
now i understand why. it can be HARD! of course, manifesting in general is very easy but it does require a certain amount of discipline and mental work. when it truly gets difficult for most people is when an unfavorable circumstance happens in your 3d (external) reality. everything seems to be going alright then all of a sudden you start seeing the opposite of your desire or you're in a situation that makes you feel a negative way. suddenly, you start to question and doubt yourself and even start spiraling, not knowing what to do.
if this is something that you’re experiencing right now DON’T WORRY! in this post i will be sharing how to get yourself back on track and how to PERSIST no matter what you’re seeing in the 3d.
𝐈. what exactly does it mean to persist?
per·sist /pərˈsist/ verb
continue firmly or obstinately in an opinion or a course of action in spite of difficulty, opposition, or failure.
in other words, persisting means to continue to pursue a certain goal despite the difficulties or obstacles that come in the way of that goal.
in the context of manifestation, this means that we continue to dwell in your new assumption no matter what the 3d is showing you.
𝐈𝐈. why is persisting so important?
why perisisting is important can be summed up in one of my favorite quotes by neville goddard:
"an assumption, though false, if persisted in will harden into fact."
this is the basis of the law of assumption. no matter how "crazy" or outlandish an assumption may be, no matter how delusional you feel, even if you don't believe a single WORD of your assumption, if you persist in that assumption it will ALWAYS become true. the 3d will always, without a doubt, conform to this assumption.
this is why persisting is absolutely key when manifesting, especially when first starting off. when faced with an unfavorable circumstances, you can trust that the 3d will always change and conform to your new assumption when you persist.
𝐈𝐈𝐈. how do i persist?
i touched on persisting in a previous post i made about ignoring the 3d, but essentially, to persist means to live completely in your 4d (inner reality) and to disregard any unfavorable circustances that the 3d may throw at you. literally think of your imagination as the ONLY true reality that matters to you. when you see something you don't like on the outside, turn inwards to your imagination and live within.
in other words, think the thoughts you would have if you already had your desire. don't let yourself and your mind be swayed by outer circumstances, because they don't MATTER!
“help, im spiraling!”
sometimes, it become difficult to immediately persist despite the 3d and we get into a spiral of doubt, fear, worry, sadness, etc. no worries, here’s a simple step by step guide to getting out of a spiral! (original ask)
1. stop everything + relax
“the main cause of a spiral is usually a result of seeing something unfavorable in the 3d and becoming overwhelmed. you feel like it’s difficult to change the circumstance. therefore you force yourself to go 2x harder trying to “fix” the 3d, (personally, i tend to affirm even more, repress emotions, over-consume info), which ultimately makes you feel worse. so, i would recommend that you take a break from ALL things manifesting-related for a few days to a week. delete tumblr, instagram, unsubscribe from loa youtube channels, whatever. in this time period, i suggest that you do meditation and journal out your feelings. let yourself feel any emotions and vent out whatever’s bothering you. don’t keep it all bottled up. do some deep breathing and take some time for yourself!”
2. work on your self-concept ONLY
“after you feel like you’ve taken enough time “off” from manifesting consciously, now you can start easing back in. i recommend choosing 1-3 self-concept affirmations to repeat throughout your day whenever you feel like it, or when you’re in SATS. i’d suggest working on your self-concept for another few days to a few weeks, (and forever honestly, cause self concept is all you really need).
here are some neutral affirmations and some good self concept affirmations!”
3. be still and know…and don’t seek validation from the 3d
“this isn’t really a “step” but just a good mindset to implement. you guys, when you’re truly in the state of KNOWING, whether it be knowing you’ll get your desires or knowing you already have your desires, you will be much less likely to spiral. why? well, as i stated in the first point, we spiral primarily bc we experienced something unfavorable in the 3d. but when we’re in the state of knowing, we KNOW that the 3d is temporary and that our desires ARE COMING!! it’s inevitable, therefore there’s no reason to spiral over something that won’t even last.”
𝐈𝐕. fun ways to persist!
so at this point you might be thinking, "ok i know persisting is important but it still seems hard and kinda boring!" well don't worry, here are some fun methods and techniques to help make persisting fun and easy :)
3DOL x ROE challenge
this is a super fun challenge by @starliet and @cleostoohot, in which you affirm in a way that implies that you always manifest in 3 days or less and you manifest everything regardless of everything (ROE). this is a great way to practice persistence because it reminds yourself that regardless of literally any circumstance, you can still manifest your desires (in a very short amount of time too)!
SATS
SATS, or state akin to sleep, is a method in which you visualize/affirm in a drowsy and sleepy state until you either fall asleep or feel completly natural in your new assumption. this is both an easy and relaxing method that is also extremly effective! here's a few posts on SATS, 1 & 2, that go into more depth.
vaunting
vaunting is a super fun way to affirm where you combine a bunch of affirmations together and turn it into an inner conversation. the reason why it's so effective is bc it makes persisting and living in the end feel more real and natural. @sexyandhedonistic explains her method here!

to wrap up, persistence, while sometimes hard, is extremly important to manifest your desires! the best thing to do is to remember your power and remind yourself that whatever happens you will manifest everything you want no matter what! remain faithful to your new assumptions and don't let outer circumstances rattle you. you are the operant creator and everything HAS to go your way no matter what! don't ever give up. persist, persist, persist, ALWAYS! the 3D will always conform to you!

I personally script a scene. A scene that implies that I have what I want. I will loop the scene as many times as I can. Litteraly brain washing my mind with it. Specially when waking up and when going to sleep. If you stay consistent results should come in less than a week.
Repetition creates fast results. No matter the amount of faith you have in your manifestation. You don't have to wait weeks or months to get your manifestation. As long as you repeat it enough, it will show up. You don't have to believe in it, YOU HAVE TO REPEAT IT. You have to persist. Until it shows up, because it will. There's no way it won't.

okay so i see a lot of people in my messages + inbox asking me to make affirmations for them because the ones they received from others “didn’t work” or saying stuff like “affirming doesn’t work” ..
firstly, i just want to say that i AM NOT making affirmations for anyone anymore . go ask another blogger . yes they’ll tell you what you want to hear but i’m going to actually help you out lol.
secondly, for the ones who keep crying saying “affirming doesn’t work” you’re literally affirming almost every second. you thinking “i’m so hungry i could literally eat a whole cow” is an affirmation. your conversations with your friends are affirmations. your 3d is LITERALLY affirmations you persisted in (some not on purpose) which eventually hardened into a fact.
now, this is the issue with y’alls affirmations. your affirmations are supposed to be a sentence that you would regularly say if you had your desire(s). that’s why some people see results using another person’s affirmations because that’s the way they talk as well, while others might not see results because they don’t speak like that at all. i got every single thing i desired by affirming with my own personal affirmations because my affirmations were actually something i would regularly say.
for ex.
let’s say you’re trying to manifest being rich & a blogger gives you affirmations like
i’m so happy to be a sexy rich ass bitch
i love being so fucking rich and luxurious
i love flexing on bitches with my dior & chanel items
bitches be mad jealous when they see me walk out of the mall with billions of versace items, it’s SO funny lolsss
i love being rich
i am so so happy i am financially free
i love being able to shop without looking at the price tag
why am i so wealthy and abundant ?
if you speak more “proper”, would you really be saying stuff like “i be stuntin on all these broke bitches with all my expensive ass shit”
if not , stop affirming shit like that.. like rn LMAO you sound silly .
when you’re affirming the opposite of what you talk like , your subconscious is literally just going “ummmmmm .. girl what ?? 💀 anywayssssss..”
but when you start affirming the way you NATURALLY talk , your subconscious is going “oh fr ? BET *transforms reality* “
if you need help figuring out the perfect affirmation(s) , think about your desire(s) . now, what would you be saying if you had that desire ?
use that as your affirmation(s) !

saw this one joke that "affirming for anything feels like gaslighting yourself". law of assumption doesn't teach you to ignore or deny your feelings, it simply teaches you that you're god & your thoughts don't control you, you control them. you don't have to 'gaslight' yourself into thinking that everything in your 3D is fine. instead know that :
there's no need to be angry or frustrated at yourself for what you've manifested. it was your creation & you can recreate or uncreate it in the same way using your thoughts.
the 3D is not your enemy. you live in the end because you don't hold a grudge against yourself for creating this current circumstance in the first place. you accept your responsibility & focus on what you want instead. you know that your 3D is constantly shifting & has to always conform to your affirmations eventually.
you're allowed to react & it doesn't have to affect any of your manifestations if you assume the same. cry, have a proper disney princess style breakdown, it's okay if it lasts for hours or days, but when you're done, you're done. pick yourself up & persist again.
why will you always get your desires? because you're worthy & you deserve to, that's why. also because you're a god who came here to experience love, peace, luxury, orgasms, happiness, cats, good food, health & success. there's nothing wrong in knowing what you deserve. let this be the reason why you know you will always get what you desire. ♡

 ╰┈➤ manifesting on a time crunch is so easy, trust me. the only reason why people stress over manifesting on a time crunch is because they’re WORRIED ABOUT TIME. there is no reason to worry about time because you are a GOD. would god ever worry about time? NO.
whatever you’re manifesting on a time crunch is inevitable because you said so, all you have to do is KNOW its coming and its on its way. its so easy for us to self sabotage or feel like we’re doing something wrong when we start manifesting on a time crunch.
hence its name LAW OF ASSUMPTION. by LAW your assumption has to COME, no ifs or buts, you just have to remain faithful to your assumption.
☾ ⋮ STOP VIEWING YOUR MANIFESTATION NEGATIVELY
do not view your manifestation in a negative light! everytime you think of your desire, be calm in the knowing thats its already DONE. you have nothing to do, relax honestly. the moment you declared that your manifestation was to come by the date you said, its done.
☾ ⋮ COMMANDING YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS
commanding your subconscious is a godsent way of reliving stress or any negative connotations you may have on your desires or for any manifestation honestly!!
for example if you’re manifesting on a time crunch you might say “subconscious, give me … on …” and TA-DA! thats literally it, see how simple it is? manifestation never has to be difficult. make everything easy for you.
like when you teach a toddler maths or something, you start them off easy, when they get something wrong you assure them that its okay and you try again. apply how you take care of a toddler to yourself. when applying law of assumption its okay :) everything will work out, just dont ever give up.
self concept really comes hand in hand especially if you’re manifesting in a time crunch situation. some people might start feeling hesitant, scared or worried when they start manifesting by a time crunch incase it doesnt come on the date/time that you said so, self concept can cover all that.
