If you don’t know who Dylan James is, you should know he’s an amazing ass Mindset coach. And a life coach I think too, but he mostly talks about relationships and stuff like that but he also has other things too like sleep, affirmation tapes and what to do in relationships and how to fix them. like when I’m stressed out or anxious. I go to him about anything.

I had to go back to the basics and clear my mind from all overconsumption. Here are the basics of manifesting; 1. Choose desire. 2. Affirm or know you have it. 3.persist
3. Find what works , is fun and easy for you
For me its : affirming to saturate my mind, relying in my 4d = basically in the end and strict mental diet .
4. Persist no matter what. You already have it.
stop counting how many days you've been persisting. Its already yours. Stop searching for info and overconsuming. Its already yours. Stop waiting. Its already yours. Stop wavering and conforming to your 3d.its already yours. Stop it all and start persisting FRL.

This is about you, and this is FOR YOU. Everyone is going to have a different take on it, and everyone is going to have a different level to challenge themselves on. What I mean is someone may find it easier to do it in one day because they already affirm often. We’re all starting at different points. I personally just affirm as much as I can, I remind myself to affirm when my mind just goes off and starts worrying about stressful things in my life or when I start worrying about my manifestations or when my mind is just wasting precious time and energy on thoughts that aren’t my manifestation. I just bring myself back to my desired thoughts. I use a counter to keep track and to motivate myself to affirm more. It will only get easier and become automatic so you can set a small goal for yourself and you will automatically hit higher and higher goals. You can do one day, 5 or 7. learning to control your subconscious mind is a critical component of lifelong success. your subconscious mind influences your habits and behaviors, and is basically the reason of why you are who you are today. here’s 7 ways to successfully reprogram and control your subconscious for the better:
positive affirmations. repeat affirmations each day like, “i am not my past. each day is a new day to start fresh.” “i am aligned with the frequency of growth and favor.” “i welcome abundance into my life.” or “i am no longer available for struggle, i only welcome success.” these positive affirmations transform your mindset and help to overcome negative beliefs. repeating affirmations daily can reinforce positive energy and boost self confidence within. focus on aligning your thoughts with positive outcomes!
visualization. the more you visualize your mind’s eye and accept an event or achievement as a potential reality, the more easily your subconscious mind will align with the behaviors towards achieving that reality. spend time each day in visualization for a minimum of 10 minutes, thinking as your dream self. it is very helpful to use your five senses to guide you. think thoughts like what fragrance is my dream self wearing?, what kind of breakfast does my dream self have?, or what does my dream self spend time doing?
subliminal audios and videos. try 30 minutes each day for at least 4 weeks. it is highly recommended to listen to these audios first thing in the morning or when you lay your head down at night. subliminal videos are available on youtube from a wide range of creators, but i highly suggest listening to ‘Mary Kate’ or ‘Lisa Alexandra’. these videos offer several benefits that improve aspects of your life. these include, targeting your subconscious mind and reinforcing positive beliefs, reducing stress, bettering emotional wellbeing, and improving mental clarity.
meditation. including meditation in your daily routine is a valuable tool to controlling your subconscious mind. there are many ways to effectively practice meditation such as, mindfulness meditation by focusing on your breath, mantra meditation by using affirmations, movement meditation with yoga, visualization meditation by imagining a desired reality vividly using all 5 senses, body scan meditation by imagining a gentle wave flowing through your body, or spiritual meditation by talking to a higher power. choose which feels most comfortable to you.
controlling your will and habits. move beyond what you know and adapt good habits. do what is fulfilling to your soul and avoid what is draining to your body. read a new book each month, eat healthier, let go of bitterness. do not act on negative thoughts or lazy mindsets. intentionally choose each day to do what is right such as, expressing gratitude before complaining or showing compassion instead of judgement. each step in the right direction counts!
auto suggestions. consciously tell yourself that you will commit to something or accomplish a goal. positive statements, repetition and visualization is the key to achieving a successful outcome. use statements such as, “I will wake up early.” “I will put myself first.” “I will work towards becoming the best me I can be.”
talk to a higher power. aim to be open and connect daily with God, Allah, the Universe, etc. and have faith that you are being supported and loved no matter what. life is always working for you and with you, never against you. by investing in a higher power with good intentions, you can be healed, calm and balanced in your mind and life. each person’s experience is unique but we all need guidance.
overall, having a healthy subconscious mind is a great way to attract the life you desire and deserve. by intentionally following the right steps and staying on the right path, there is no way you can fail. i wish all of us the best success that aligns with our minds in the most beautiful ways! 🤎
I discovered the law of assumption like 1 year ago. And I started applying it, 6 months ago. After watching a ton of videos, etc... I ended up picking Sammy Ingram as the only manifestation coach which was not full of sh*t. She is the only Loa youtuber which I listen to. Simply because she is so straight to the point and all of her advices are PRACTICAL and not weird abstract concept.
Repetition is a contentious topic. However, I can tell you that EVERYTHING I manifested was because I repeated my affirmations.
Repetition is lack !
Well the thing is that your subconscious mind does not have an opinion by itself. When it receives a ton of affirmations it does not says "Wow, she's been repeating that for ages, we must lack of it" NO, it just accept it cause that's what your subconscious does.
Repeating your affirmations 10k is too much !
Well repeating an affirmation is not hard at all. Probably one of the easiest thing because we do it all the time. But once it's intentional, once it's toward something we want. It's suddenly too much.
Repetition does not lead to manifestation
Here me out. I got the first results doing this challenge repeating 6k times, in 2 days. You will get results before reaching 10k, most likely.
When I affirmed, I would stop doubting in it. I would stop wavering. I would believe my affirmations. Specially when rampaging. Sometimes I would still doubt and waver a bit. But it was so minimal compared to how much I was affirming that I still got results.
Repetition = Dominant thoughts.
Dominant thoughts = Beliefs.
Beliefs = 3d reality.
Maintaining a state of acceptance and of the wish fulfilled all night all day is to me unrealistic. It is normal to doubt, to be anxious. But you have to persist.
How do you persist, how do you flip your thoughts etc... ? How do you create a state of acceptance ?
Affirmations !!!
When I affirm, I would still get doubt, however because I maintained the dominant thoughts, a doubt would not shake this new belief.
Doubts and fear won't stop you from manifesting. If you maintain your new narrative then it won't do shit. It is normal to get intrusive thoughts etc... As long as you keep your dominant thoughts in check with your desires.
Manifesting is easy. But we make it very abstract and not applicable. For example: Get into the God state. Okay umm what is it ? How does it lead me to manifesting ? How do I feel like a God ? What if you're religious and it does not align with your beliefs?
I would suggest you to stick with what works for you. And to stay consistent.
You have to be loyal to yourself and to your ideals. Don't be your own enemy, your own obstacle, let yourself enjoy your dream life.
doubting, worrying and spiralling lead you to nothing BUT it feels productive as you are doing it because it feels like you are protecting yourself from danger.
doubting is you trying to protect yourself from disappointment. worrying is you trying to predict all future dangers so you can avoid them. spiralling is you just giving into fear.
doubting, worrying and spiralling are all just THOUGHTS. that is what they are. if you learn how to step back and OBSERVE thoughts rather than BECOMING them, you will be free.
if you learn how to watch your thoughts from a healthy detached position, you will no longer be a slave to them.
if you have time to sit and spiral, you have time to learn how to observe. when you observe, your thoughts will naturally dissolve and make way for inner peace.
people won't want to do this because thinking is ADDICTIVE. like an addiction to social media, an addiction to thinking is exactly the same. it's such a normalised addiction though that people don't even notice it. it might not feel easy to break this addiction but it's so worth it.
