Tuesday, April 27th: Hi everyone, I’m Gemma, a bi, mentally ill disaster, who’s in desperate need of help. I'm really sorry to be asking for help again so soon, but things have gotten worse for me and due to my bills, fees and charge-backs, both my accounts are overdrawn.

As most of you are already aware from my previous post, I have been struggling financially for quite some time due to my welfare benefits being under a review, which is due to my worsening mental health and the UK’s controversial changes to how benefits are assessed and assigned. And at the moment, I'm currently struggling to get by, as I don't get my U.C benefit until the end of the month, and all my previous donations have gone to pay off court fees, to avoid going back to court in June. I am also still awaiting the outcome of my PIP Assessment (April/May 2021 at the latest)

I know this is a huge ask, and I'm completely heartbroken to be asking for help again, but I still desperately need some as I don't have anyone else to turn to and I'm currently bedridden with a UTI/kidney infection.

My bank account is in the negative by -£216.62 & my PayPal is -£89.43!! So my goal to pay these off is £300.

If anyone could spare any amount to help me, even if it’s just £1/$1/€1, it would literally save my life, and sharing definitely helps just as much as donations. Nobody is obligated in any way to donate if they can’t or don’t want to, I know we’re all struggling right now.

Murdoc rant

Tumblrs been doing the “everything is black and white” thing with him lately by forgetting that the shit he does is generally supposed to be cartoony and over exaggerated, and acting like because of his abusive behavior hes a one dimensional dick bag with no redeeming qualities whatsoever and saying anyone who likes him is an “abuse apologist.”

But the entire point is that hes a morally dark grey character who vacilates because his trauma and self destruction are in a constant battle with the healing and love he gets from his found family.

He wrote Broken and To Binge because he was destroyed after loosing Noodle and was guilty about what he did to 2d. (theres nothing you can say to him/her, he is an outer heart/ I am without a heart and the space has been broken) (I’ll wait to be forgiven, maybe I never will, my star has left me to take the bitter pill that shattered feeling well the cause of it’s a lesson learned)

Not to mention that the entire FOUNDATION of gorillaz is murdoc using his success to constructively take revenge on his abusers and that means so fucking much to me.

People hate and harass 2doc shippers for the same reason that they hate Murdoc but like.

WE JUST WANT TO FIX SHIT

They are written in such an unhealthy way even though theyre constantly queerbaited and muds keeps having redemption relapses

And fuck we just want them to grow and be happy

Even if you dont intemperate them as romantic 2d is the first person that was ever nice to Murdoc, or that he could ever call his friend of family and you can tell how much he cares about him.

Even though he took it back, when murdoc said meeting 2d was the best moment of his life he was probably being dead serious. he owes everything to 2d. hes the main reason that murdoc ever experienced success or love and thats probably why he calls 2d godlike when he compliments him.

But these feeling are new and scary and hes scared of being hurt so he treats him like shit.

And the whole reason i love this pairing is i feel like only 2d can fix murdoc, but only after murdoc fixes what hes done to him, weather its romantic or not.

They need to work with and bond with each other specifically to gat better.
