reblog drrr izaya orihara isn’t that nice that expression is so good hollisartsblog what a funky little bastard man you capture that energy too well look at the loser staring at his screen all day is he upset about being left out of hotpot again woah it's raijin izaya looking up for once he kind of looks small his dumb smiles and dramatic flair he's having too much fun being an asshole i imagine he paces around his apartment and skips around the street talking to himself about everything and nothing often the extra length of his coat makes him look even more of a nerd izaya what could be so important that you're up at 3 am it's a little endearing he's trying so hard to keep his eyes open ordered himself hot food and coffee at this ungodly hour i like his pose there but for why those knife redraws are even slyer than usual hiding that smirk beneath his knife it looks really nice the unamused energy oozing out of that couch leaning one he's probably trying to play off namie exposing him for buying that mug for himself or genuinely confused in the morning and of course lonelyzaya they all are but i really like that one

reblog drrr hogwarts shizaya izaya orihara shizuo heiwajima futuristicharmonything hey wait your art is so underrated whaat your style is really soft i love this atmosphere of the boys casually hanging out under the autumn foliage shizuo looks so cute just pouting over there against the tree almost looks a little defensive with the way his body is slightly turned his shirt untucked hsdgsgdsh i like the way his legs look too his hair is so soooft and his expression like he's seriously pondering something izaya's just suggested izaya perched up in high places my beloved the way he's propped himself up with that slender hand of his almost entirely hanging from one leg like that and his wand hand casually set over the other leg i love that nonchalance in his pose and i really like how it turns him out towards whatever humans he's probably going on about or is he ruminating out to the horizon or something idk i haven't read the fic i can't read it myself but your art makes me want to i'd really like to know what he's saying in this scene i can really envision that cut to something they're watching in the distance morning birds and an autumn breeze with the distant chatter of some random students to punctuate whatever musings izaya has thrown at shizuo izaya's expression has those vibes and they're fantastic anyways what a lovely piece i obviously love the poses and the general ambience of it all

reblog lio fotia galolio galo thymos prmr i want to melt in the art style wauuuu this is gorgeous thank you trans flag indeed i love the pinks and whites and blues the way you blend all the cool and warm tones together is so pretty the light of daybreak on the tips of the mountains like that is so so so so so soft and beautiful i am enamoured with it also all of the colours reflected in the ice the different colours of the skate marks and everything ughhhhh galo and lio!! with the chilly mist behind them they look adorable actually the swoops of their hair with the slight colours reflecting from around them their colours in general are really soft is galo teaching lio how to skate because his other arm seems like it might've disappeared behind him like he'll catch him if he falls <3 or he's gesturing while he rambles on about something which is just as sweet with lio looking at him like that i love him with his hands in his puffy little burning rescue jacket chilly boy look at themmm they're so in love i just love the entire atmosphere of this piece

reblog drrr shizaya izaya orihara shizuo heiwajima potatofu i'm really late again sorry but i really like this!! love the contrast with the change in their relationship the colour palette is super funky and looks even prettier in the snow big fan of all the vibrant city lights the warm orange glows against those bluish purples the pinks sprinkled around particularly in the second image and the lighting on the characters themselves look really nice giving the little rat man extra jewelry and fancy canes as he deserves his little meow meow so full of rage love love love how tender shizuo looks in the second image you draw his hair so soft!! the look he gives izaya is so hghhhg flea in one hand shared dinner in the other his scarf and cigarette combo is some toasty vibe izaya acting like he's the center of the world and he is i like how you create that 'the world is just them' moment with different tones in both images the boys absolutely content together in each other's company on a chilly evening <3

reblog drrr comic shizaya a cheap imitation shigaeru ah the eye glint!! i like how the fic prefaces it with “the right thing to say” sort of emphasising how wrong and hollow his eyes must've looked to shizuo that's a really nice crunch to the bark in that panel izaya's... deadpan expressions are a good contrast they kill the mood so well dhshds oh hey i didn't notice shizuo throwing izaya back wasn't detailed in the fic here huh well that's a nice choice for impact i love the way you draw izaya's cloud fluff even in his little silhouettes <3 he looks sooo small and pathetic in that next panel i looove also have i mentioned how much i adore the way you rounded out his design throughout the comic because i love the thick puffy look of his sleeves ooh i'm making the connection rn between the cicada panels they're both moments related to the idea of “stopping izaya for good" maybe because they're loud and annoying and leave the shape of themselves all over the place initially i just vaguely associated their symbol to izaya being at this low and having to bring himself back up from there like rebirth but maybe it's also emphasising the way shizuo neeeeds to shut up this noise and finally stop him from ever coming back also i guess izaya feeling like a shell of his ideals after killing someone having to strip off that skin and find himself proper i like the anticipation pose of izaya getting back up with blood running down his wound onto his pants flip knife woo i like the fun shape and flow of the panelling here the knife going thonk on the ground panel fits into its shape really satisfyingly and this izaya looks awesome!! his expression and the perspective on that knife woooo the tree smearing across the panel borders like that is pretty cool the pacing of these last two panels is so fun i love that brief second of silence that carries so much weight before the *chase* izaya's coat <33 love the fun shape it makes and the fluff zipping along with the motion

reblog shintaro kisaragi kgpr critai ene takane enomoto i actually believe i can do them all :D just gotta keep at it despite how hard i make it sound lol i really do like doing these because i really start to notice all the little details and that feels really fun and rewarding for me :) the vibe and atmosphere of this one is super moody and cool it sounds like jinzou enemy if you get what i mean the composition of shin's arm cutting off ene's neck??? ahhhhh that's suuuuuuch an awesome concept the way she stares straight past it towards the viewer idk it's got that unsettling vibe i like the way you coloured her idk how you'd refer to it but the luminosity of her form feels cold and digital in that way that really works idk suuuper striking against the dark room also cool how the wires sorta imitate the usual shape of her hair she's all tangled up in here with her memories (or lack thereof) did you draw all the stuff in the screens too? i don't have all her appearances memorised so i wouldn't know off the top of my head if you reused some stuff but looks like you drew (or redrew) them all? they look nice the one where it's just her eye looking into the camera i like that i think it's cute and fun the uhhh headphone actor style takane in the top right also looks really cool snuck haruka and azami around the edges too
