tag convo fweamy omg heeyyy tag to tag communication!! tags are my favourite thing i love them lots <333 fellow perfectionist??? wow feels nice to have a fellow comrade in blood sweat and tears 🤧🤝 and yeaaass i am the only one that cares but i cannot be stopped 😤 (i physically cannot be stopped it isn't my choice biting screaming throwing up) a month on fanart ugh i get it 😫 although tbh if i'm spending a month on a fanart it's already over for me dude it's never getting done i've got old shizaya ideas in the files..... i kinda need something done within a week or it doesn't get done i can and have spent months tweaking shit stalling on singular arts they just never get finished anyways though hey at least you can rip out an art portfolio piece in a day though!! even for shit i don't care about i'm so so bad at doing the bare minimum for them ggrrrrrr ahh i'm glad my tags gave you confidence back then 🥺 btw i still love that first shizaya week piece you did with the smoke.... i see it's GONE though?? noooooooooo okaaaaaay 😔 omg i'm looking at it again on my blog and i remember now how that post was like the major catalyst to me being full throttle shizaya again because i started tagging your's and then others and then delving into the rabbit hole again and then drawing an old idea i had for it too and then book club so thank you for that!! i am generally relaxed with people but i'm scared to approach people in fandoms.... i've been talking to the same group of friends i've had since like idk at least four major fandoms ago and have struggled to really maintain communication with people who actually share my interests which is crazy love my friends and the people i've talked to here btw but i am severely craving someone to be insane with me about the scrunkly scrimbo me btw dropping “donut” or “cheese” mid convo is totally okay with me lol

durarara wooo 3d shizaya izaya orihara shizuo heiwajima i made a thing fun little thing someday!!! a cheap imitation chapter 46 lookitem go there's sound too but it's nothing crazy sound design is not my passion i love it but i'm not too good at it yet do you know how hard it was for me to visualise the spherical form when i was drawing the uh ball skins i'm just sostupid when it comes to anything spacial awareness and depth perception is zero but other than that this one was soooorta chill even though i kinda had to freak out about it and finish it after everyone had already read and spoke about the chapter.... i made it work though i very much desire someone to tell me they see these and can draw the connections between their respective chapters they're very special to me hope someone thinks they're as cool as i did while i was making them also my captions.... some of them are better than others but i think they're kinda neat (i remastered it a little you can check some early reblogs if you want to see what it looked like before)

reblog drrr shizaya izaya orihara shizuo heiwajima potatofu catching up on reblogs at the very end of the month as i do this was a lovely christmas surprise thank you shizuo carrying izaya + in the winter is very good food i said this before but i really do love the expressions here izaya's is such bastard you capture some ratty sorta sharpness in him and i like it a lot he acts like he isn't huddled up in his fuzzy hood draped all over shizuo's body heat with his face all red a great look on him btw i really like shizuo's head tilt and the general lean in his pose mildly irritated blush we love to see it i like how the shadow falls over more of his face idk the contrast looks cool stop complimenting the way you draw their hair challenge but no i like the swoops of it and i like how you drew their noses? something about them looks particularly really nice here everything looks even better than before animation school has been doing you well also the snow effects and increased vibrancy of the colours add a lot to the vibe!! something about the warm tones and noise filter look kinda retro to me idk but i like it welcome back (for now) i'm glad you seem to be well!!

reblog drrr comic shizaya it looks so cool it's a lot a cheap imitation shigaeru love how he puts on his best lounging pose from that awkward position jhdhgasd he's got priorities and still smiling with that bruise from earlier these smug izayas look great by the way i want to pinch then twist his cheeks that panel where he catches the pipe though with the sharp movement of his coat and chains and that extra bit of shading on the coat fluff also how the KL ANK is written like it reverberates off of the impact and echoes through him the way he only uses his knife to parry and handicap the guy you aren't sly you weenie ''at least shizuo'' izaya you are fighting for your life here never miss an opportunity to dig at the guy even in a life or death situation huh the flow of the panels flaring out is great wewww and this shot with the foreshortened knife your little cardboard knife and awesome perspective work wonders the swerving view of the floor as izaya loses ground and the inverted silhouettes have so much oomph also i like how the chains kind of accentuate the flow of every movement um hey i see that pipe as the i there you sneaky oof getting kicked and rocked back so hard into the chair and having to take on the brunt of the pipe with his wrist even with the cuff and these last two panels with that brilliant foreshortening are so intense

durarara shizaya izaya orihara shizuo heiwajima i made a thing shizaya penguins? shizaya penguins i don't know why penguins but it's december so i have a bit of an excuse to post them now she says from the southern hemisphere i initally started that izaya on a phone doodle because holy shit the cliffhanger that add attachment left off on spoontasti if you're out there i'm on my knees for that ''part of the next chapter'' you apparently had written however rough it is i beg that fic is incredible fun i still think about it and what could be i was then motivated to complete the doodle after that coincidental prompt from a friend so now he's wearing a normal shirt if anyone's confused about what the hell is going on in that community gardens doodle ''the culmination of man's mistakes came the day the sun ran so hot it turned the desert to glass'' that lyric under a shizaya context kills me i really wanted to make something for it but this is all i've got for now ahh i'm glad there's an upload limit because my more embarrassing drawings couldn't make the cut embarrassing as in they look wack because i am a wee beginner proceeds to crop out anything below the chest because i simply never get around to finishing them and they just don't look too great sorry shizuo you'll just have to imagine him petting that cat god that sneeze looks so stupid though especially on him i posted it because i still like how his hair looks but hm he kinda looks like a teenager anyways i found a new brush that i like to use and it helps me sketch a lot looser :D it’s the one i used in the smiling izaya which ended up being the most precious i've ever drawn wow maybe expect my art style to start looking more like that or something the next time i post after another month of dormancy i’ve been doing more of that redrawing other people's poses for practice lately but idk if i’ll post more of them it feels too much like copying which is not good for my conscience i already cropped the izaya one but see the original for yourself and let me know if it's too much what do people think is an acceptable degree of reference for art to post because i can just keep them to myself as practice in other news i spent way too long trying to figure out the old editor so i could give the images captions

reblog shintaro kisaragi kgpr critai ene takane enomoto i actually believe i can do them all :D just gotta keep at it despite how hard i make it sound lol i really do like doing these because i really start to notice all the little details and that feels really fun and rewarding for me :) the vibe and atmosphere of this one is super moody and cool it sounds like jinzou enemy if you get what i mean the composition of shin's arm cutting off ene's neck??? ahhhhh that's suuuuuuch an awesome concept the way she stares straight past it towards the viewer idk it's got that unsettling vibe i like the way you coloured her idk how you'd refer to it but the luminosity of her form feels cold and digital in that way that really works idk suuuper striking against the dark room also cool how the wires sorta imitate the usual shape of her hair she's all tangled up in here with her memories (or lack thereof) did you draw all the stuff in the screens too? i don't have all her appearances memorised so i wouldn't know off the top of my head if you reused some stuff but looks like you drew (or redrew) them all? they look nice the one where it's just her eye looking into the camera i like that i think it's cute and fun the uhhh headphone actor style takane in the top right also looks really cool snuck haruka and azami around the edges too
