I think that josh wouldn’t be mayas first kiss or first boyfriend and I think that at times one would be single while the other was with someone or they would be ready for each other but the time wasn’t right but in the end they would find each other and it would happen for them

I have this head canon that even though Vic understands her birthday is an important day in history and that people are grieveing that she’s kinda sad her birthday isn’t a very joyous occasion in her family. I believe they all take time to try and make it special and joyful but I think she knows how sad it is and at some points is sad herself because she can’t have an exciting birthday like her cousins/siblings as is jealousies that fact. I also believe that Vic is also so understanding that she doesn’t want to sound like a “brat” ( even though I don’t think she is one) so she doesn’t say anything but she hates that her birthday is that day and she wishes it were in a different day but then feels bad so then regrets the thoughts
