Im trying to learn the names of all the BTS members. I recently saw a video of them dancing and was like omg. Why haven’t I looked into them before??

How I Feel About Each BTS Member

For completely no reason at all, I decided to make a post briefly detailing how I feel about each member in BTS. I've actually been meaning to post something like this so hear ya go.

Jin 

I'm gonna be completely honest: I didn't care for Jin at first. I actually thought he was kinda mean and serious. But soon I realize that's not not he is. I love how he's this huge goofball, always cracking the most corny jokes. What really makes the jokes funny is his cute "window swiping" laugh that follows after. I also love how he uses his vanity as a joke. Like calling himself "Worldwide Handsome"? Where is the lie? He's an actual Disney prince in my eyes. 

Yoongi

Ah my bias wrecker, where do I even start with Mr. Min. My first impression of him was that he was the cold and silent type. An ice king of sorts. But then once I saw his signature gummy smile for the first time, I was like, "Damn, he's actually really adorable." Then I got to see that he's not actually cold, he's just incredibly shy and quiet and I digged that about him. I also really love his husky voice and piercing eyes ^////^

(Forgot to add that he's the namesake of this very blog!) 

Hoseok 

My boyfriend, my hubby ♡ (RIP to my real boyfriend) Hobi was the first person I latched onto when getting into BTS. I'm not sure what drew me in first, his fun and energetic personality or his amazing cheekbones (but seriously his cheekbones though!). It's weird how immediately I considered him the most interesting person in the whole group. And don't worry I come to see that each one of them are incredibly interesting in their own special way). But I loved Hobi first and he's still my bias to this day! 

Namjoon 

I can't tell you how much respect I have for Namjoon. Not only is he an incredibly talented musician and a great leader, he also comes off as a totally down to earth. I thought it was funny that he learned english from watching Friends, of all things. It also doesn't hurt that Joon is the perfect example of tall, dark and handsome lol (ʃƪᵔᵌᵔ) And he's a big fucking nerd to boot?! Absolute husband material. 

Jimin 

When it comes to the maknae, I didn't really think much about them at the beginning. Not especially but particularly with Jimin. Before I got into BTS, I was already aware that he was everyone's favorite and I understood cuz he's super cute. And for a while that's all I saw him as, just the cute one. As I got to know Jimin, I realized there was way more to him. He's an incredible singer, an amazing dancer, and such a sweet friend to the others (I live for his and Taehyung's friendship). He's the only man that I know that can perfectly manage being soft and sexy at the same time. Also... I'm in love with his lips (・8・)

Taehyung 

Right off the bat, I thought Tae was a fucking weirdo. Cute but a weirdo nevertheless. But really it was his quirkiness that brought my attention to him. He seemed very intriguing. In the matter of a few months, consuming all kinds of BTS content,  I went from thinking, “Oh, he’s can be pretty weird” to “Taehyung is actually… sexy?” Strange way of putting it but really the boy is practically a supermodel, I mean he might as well be. Wasn’t he voted “Sexiest Man in the World” at one point? That’s pretty crazy and also very fitting. Besides his obvious sexiness, I absolutely love his singing voice. It’s deep and a bit brooding (I love Scenery). Even now, Taehyungie is mysterious to me, I never know which side to expect from him and I guess that’s the best part about him. 

Jungkook

Despite with the others, I’m not a hard stan with Jungkook. I mean yeah, he’s grown up to be ridiculously handsome but whenever I look at him I can’t help but think of 15 year old baby boy Jungkook. I know it’s weird and I don’t mean to be condescending about it. Even though I haven’t been around from the beginning, I’m still proud of the man that he’s become. I used to make this joke with my sister that all of the boys were my seven beautiful and talented sons and Jungkook was my favorite, as if I dote on him more than the others. I love the fact that he has a shy personality (maybe more so than Yoongi) and his singing is very unique.  The best way I can explain how I view Kookie is that he’s basically the wallflower that transformed to a beautiful rose. 

So yeah that’s basically it. I know I’m not the best when it comes to words and there’s probably way more I can say for each member. But what I also know is that I’m forever thankful that these seven people exist. Life hasn't been easy for me lately but these guys have been one of the few things that make me genuinely happy. And with the whole virus outbreak and quarantine, I never needed them more than ever. And I think it’s amazing that they make so many people around so happy and that they truly care about their fans all over the world. I kick myself everyday that I haven’t gotten into them sooner but really I can only look forward to supporting them for years to come.

Fuck, I just want Jaemin to be happy. Whatever that means to him. I want him to find it and hold onto without worrying about what we think.

I’ve realized my natural bias in TxT should’ve been Soobin. He’s my kind of adorable and soft but with those hyung/leader vibes. However, he already had so much support. I think I ended up with Taehyunie bc his visuals grabbed my eye, and then once I found out he was so under rated, I flipped out and had to stan. He’s so awkard sometimes and it makes me cringe so hard. But he is me as an idol soooooooo bias.

OH MY GOD! I just got into them too. NCT 2020 is gonna be my first comback with them, and idk if Im gonna be able to take all of it. This is the most excited I’ve ever been for a comeback tho. We’ll see if I survive...

I Am Extremely Scared......

NCT is about to RUIN US with the NCT 2020 promotions. Like I got into NCT this year and I don’t think I’m ready to experience the all the teasers this time around in real time!

So I love Tomorrow!!! Chanyeol’s new song caught me.

I wasn’t expecting to like it that much. Just watched the mv out of curiosity like I do for all sm solos and... was blown away. It went right on my playlist.

It’s perfect... except for the fact it’s so short?!?!?! It’s 2:23??? I wish it was 4 mins :( By the time I’m fully vibing, it ends :((((

My biases are either adorable and goofy puppies, or mystifying and savage little beast. Why am I like this??? Jin and Seungmin... Puppy. Taehyun and Sunwoo... Distant and Cool. Total opposites. I confuse myself.

Jaemin, the “flirt”

Truthfully, I don’t know NCT Dream all that well. I’m fairly new to the group, so most of my opinions on them are based on fisrt impressions.

However, I hate that Jaemin is painted as the flirt all the time. Sure, he goes crazy a lot, but his default is much less outgoing and much more reserved based on what I have seen of him.

He is very multidimensional and has an inate duality. Renjun and him are very similar in that aspect. How they express themselves is very different, but they both have distinct expressive and non expressive moments. Because of this, he comes across very mysterious. Even more so than Renjun because his duality has such a starck juxtaposition.

Honestly, I really don’t understand Jaemin at all. I’m trying to figure him out, but it is hard. This is just my own speculation and observations. One thing I know for sure though is that I am fascinated with him. He’s got me interested for sure.

taeil: 0/10. drops it as you’re handing it to him. offers to get you one when you get back.

johnny: 10/10. i don’t have an explanation i just know he’d protect it with his life.

taeyong: 7/10. asks you what it is you’re drinking, looks alarmed when you tell him. puts a lid on it. you don’t know where he got it from, though.

yuta: 10/10. glares at anyone who looks at it. people think he just has two drinks.

ten: 1/10. thinks you’re offering it to him and drinks it straight away. when you ask for it back, he just laughs and dances away.

kun: 9/10. should be a 10 because he takes good care of it. -1 point because he makes you throw it out anyway (just in case) and get a new one.

doyoung: 10/10. just puts his hand over the top and continues what he was already doing. stays in the same spot so you can find him easily when you get back.

winwin: 2/10. protects it but forgets to give it back. realises an hour later that he’s still holding it, looks for you for 0.2 seconds, shrugs, and dumps it.

jaehyun: 8/10. does well not to forget about it, but he spills a bit. 6 points for protecting it. 2 points for the concept of Jaehyun holding your drink at a party.

jungwoo: 5/10. agrees but then forgets which drink is yours and which is his. they’re both the same so he keeps whichever has more in it, giving you the lesser one.

lucas: 6/10. instantly says yes and tells everyone he talks to that he’s holding it for you. -4 points because he moves around so much that you can’t find him for like 20 minutes afterwards.

hendery: 2/10. says yes and pours his drink into yours so he only has to watch one. they’re not the same drink so it tastes like shit. drinks it anyway.

xiaojun: 9/10. you give it to him because he’s the best option out of everyone you’re with. pretends he doesn’t want to but patiently waits for you to get back.

mark: 8/10. gets worried because he’s now holding two drinks (yours and his own). puts his down so he can focus on holding yours. probably gets his own drink spiked, though.

renjun: 4/10. groans and makes such a big deal but gets really protective of it when one of his friends offers to hold it instead. when you get back, he tells you one of his friends tried to spike it (untrue).

jeno: 10/10. just holds it. doesn’t understand why anyone would make a fuss. gets concerned when you’ve been gone too long.

jaemin: 5/10. should be a 1/10 but he gets 4 points for having some reason and giving it to Jeno to hold instead.

donghyuck: 3/10. chaotic. spikes your drink while you’re in the bathroom but with lemonade or something else that’s harmless. laughs when you almost spit it out when you get back.

yangyang: 8/10. should be a 10 but -2 points because he probably accidentally gives you his drink when you get back instead of the one you’d asked him to hold. and its a lot stronger than whatever you were drinking.

chenle: 7/10. takes very good care of it but takes a sip despite you specifically telling him not to, because he probably won’t like it. and you were right. criticises your choice in drink when you get back.

jisung: 10/10. says yes and doesnt let his eyes leave the cup the entire time you’re gone. intense focus. jeno gets concerned and asks if he wants him to hold it instead, but jisung has been warned about this (he says no).
