I hate it when people say hear me out about an objectively hot woman.
I have found my new favourite website... I will draw what I get
I got 4 points and 'won'! :D
Thank you so much.
Did you all remember Worm Crowley? Well, since the Peter Anderson Studio publish it I though I would do him justice. So I made him kiss Aziraphale in a little silly game.
You can try it here:
Hope you like it :) I enjoyed making it.
A little advice: Aziraphale is a little shy and we all know he wait 6000 years to do it so be patient with him please.
Ha! I knew it! Your words are no match for the pure strength of our hearts, bound together as one.
"it's all in your head" correct! unfortunately I am also in there
i have to admit that i used to be one of those people who hated frodo because he was 'weak'. but then as i got older, i started struggling with my mental health. i started to feel tired all the time and even tiny little problems felt huge and insurmountable. frodo wasn't weak for needing sam's help or for pushing sam away. he wasn't even weak for being unable to throw the ring into mount doom. frodo had been pushed to his limits. he tried so hard, but in the end, he wasn't good enough. but that's the point. nobody could have been good enough. nobody would have had the strength to throw the ring into the fire intentionally. frodo probably couldn't have done it even if he hadn't been pushed to his limits. and neither could i. the quest to destroy the ring was cruel, because it required frodo to sacrifice everything, including himself. and he pushed himself so hard, even as the ring ate away at him, even as gollum tricked him into distrusting sam. frodo was brave even as the ring clouded away everything that was good and beautiful - he didn't even remember the taste of strawberries. but he still kept trying until he couldn't anymore. i think that frodo's story terrifies me a little, because what if i am also not strong enough to keep going? what happens if nobody is there to save me? and even though frodo lived, he could never be the same again. all i want is to be the person that i used to be. i know that i never will be that person again.
anyway, frodo - i'm so sorry for ever thinking that you were weak when that was a thing you never were. and thank you tolkien for this character who is so strong in a way that our heroes are rarely portrayed as.
What kind?
in my head a modern version of cold would own a motorcycle
I'm going to do it, I'll out all the brilliant, profound notes on my half-assed, tired and pretentious ramble.
But first, a much-needed bit of context. I was vaguely aware of some of these, and I am guilty of focusing more on the voices myself. This is because I can do a bad drawing of an aspect of an amorphous bird man and it looks a lot better than if I mess up drawing a woman. I don't draw humans well.

Some extra things in other reblogs, I can see them all and others should too, these perspectives have shaped my own:
By the way, I like the Shifting Mound more than any other character in the game. Have done for a while, I hadn't considered misogyny being a problem before this post.
Oh, for sure. That route is why I assign colours to the voices in my art. It's fun to imagine them with unique designs.
I shan't say directly what I think they'd look like properly, though, because I want to imply it.
Absolutely bizarre to me that the Princess doesn't get more love; she's amazing and charming in pretty much every iteration, and I wish I could shut those voices up half the time because they make things worse or take ages.
Do you guys think the reason so much fanart exists for the voices is not because of them being great characters (all the characters in STP are), but instead because we spend more time in our own heads than we ever will with a version of the princess?
I get it. They're inherently relatable because they reflect our previous actions through any route and set the tone of each chapter. They bicker with us and are able to see every option we take.
But, maybe the princesses are underrated. As in, she's always an outsider. How quickly would she be more beloved if the voices would shut up and let us do our stuff, or if they were seperate from us?
How then would we judge the impulsive contrarian, the weak-willed hero or the depressed cold? Would we appreciate paranoid were he more than a life support?
Ask yourself that, and ponder it awhile. Don't say it to anyone. Just an hour of your independent thoughts, clear of little voices.
scurvy has got to have one of the biggest disease/treatment coolness gaps of all time. like yeah too much time at sea will afflict you with a curse where your body starts unraveling and old wounds come back to haunt you like vengeful ghosts. unless☝️you eat a lemon
Favorite bird genre has got to be 'that's literally just a dinosaur'

When it comes to artistic personification of the deadly sins, Lust is usually the ONLY ONE ever designed to be the OBJECT of the sin rather than the sinner. Greed? They tend to design some one who LOOKS greedy. Sloth? Lazy person. A lot of these design choices kinda reveal how the creator views people in general (wow you made Gluttony or Greed fat, how original, so groundbreaking) but LUST? Lust is usually just… a hot chick. Who makes OTHERS lust but she herself often isn't running around acting inappropriately horny or anything. She's just kinda there. Maybe a bit flirty but otherwise the whole intent is to make the AUDIENCE feel attraction and that's how they associate it with lust. The Greed character won't make the viewer feel greedy but by god with Lust this is all we GOT. (Before you ask, I only half-count the FMA versions of these characters since they had these names but their origins were more complicated than Being Literal Sins)
I want all or nothin' here. Make the personifications ALL like Lust, maybe! Make it so their designs are only hinting at these things but the MAIN THING they can do is make OTHERS feel these things. Greed? He's a crypto guy who can manipulate people into screwing over others for easy cash. Sloth? The dude commenting "lol who cares, no one cares, just chill" at even the most horrible tragedies in the news (We can also change this one to Apathy and throw THAT deadly sin in, I just like that concept as a sin), make Wrath a reactionary podcaster or something. Make them make OTHERS sin.
Or, go the other way, and have them all LOOK like the sinners, and include Lust IN THAT. Just design some gooner who hasn't seen a real woman in six weeks and comments on every selfie they see online judging them for not looking like an anime waifu.
