There's some discourse on whether AFO was born evil or became evil from the environment.

In my opinion: a little bit of both, but more of "he was born evil" due to today's leaks kinda confirming that.

You have AFO being avoided as a baby and having no mother, but at the same time, apparently from the time from birth, AFO believed that the world belonged to him ans that he deserved something from everyone otherwise you were a nuisance. I believe that he was bad from the start but maybe it would've changed if people were there for him, but again, he expected people to give him things, he saw his brother as one of his things.

I do also hope hori doesn't do the whole naruto route and have them talk AFO into being a good guy lol. It may work for SFO, but not for AFO. Make him go through un-birth.

When I first read this, I was pissed because I’m sick of Vegeta just knowing everything that happened to every Saiyan before they were wiped out.  I mean, he was a kid back then, how would he know Goku’s dad? 

Then I finally remembered Vegeta grew up with Goku’s brother, and it suddenly made sense.

The most interesting part of the FrankenStan au, at least in my opinion, is the aftermath, and its absolutely heartbreaking that so few people talk about it.

Imagine you're Stan. Your brother, that you thought hated you (and in some cases literally killed you), brought you back to life. Now you have to live with the knowledge that you died. You may not even be entirely you anymore, depending on how damaged your body was by the time he started piecing you back together. Imagine waking up with skin and organs and bones that aren't your own, and now you have a good idea about what happens after death, more so than even those who had near death experiences. You were cold. Your heart stopped pumping for weeks, months, maybe even years.

And now imagine you're Ford. You've spent all your time since your brother's death trying to bring him back to life. The man you thought ruined your life. The man who always was there for you, ever since you shared the womb. Your best friend. Your other half. His blood is on your hands figuratively and literally. You have all the time in the world to consider every mistake you've made, every choice that's led to him laying there on the metal table of your lab, cold as your heart on the day he was kicked out. But, after putting your blood, sweat, and tears into bringing him back to life, he's there. He's alive. There's so much you want to say. So many apologies you want to make.

And then you realize. He's alive, but the world is dangerous. It took your brother away once, whose to say it won't do it again? You've seen his blood, his organs. You know first hand how fragile his body is. The world isn't safe for him. You couldn't protect him once. That's not going to happen again.

Just Frizea being so pissed that the position of God of destruction had been taken by a Saiyan, not just any Saiyan but Vegeta’s child. 

And then his child ends up falling in love with them, and he’s stuck between so angry because Kuriza is marrying a Saiyan, Vegeta’s child, but also realizing his son is marrying God of destruction and is very conflicted.Connection to God of destruction but also… connection to Vegeta.

Kuriza meanwhile totally chill being trophy husband to God of destruction Bura and just gets to drink wine while watching Bura destroy whole planets and kick ass.

Also just Bura who is the Saiyan the least interested in fighting and battle being the one to have the huge power and become the next of God of destruction (And being Beerus’s favorite)
