Despite this he is grinning and staring wild-eyed as he speaks, head tipped just slightly back. Blocky but non-uniform red typography reads "Scars on the back bring a swordsman shame." In the lower panel Mihawk smiles just as wildly back, brandishing something cropped out of view. The wide brim of his hat casts his face in shadows but his piercing eyes are rendered in pure white. Jagged purple typography splayed across his head reads one punctuated word - "Magnificent."
