"We have to jump." The cliff calls your name—beckons you forth with its high winds and the plunge it dares you to take. You whisper, "We wouldn't survive the fall." "Pray—that’s all we can do." You choke on a laugh devoid of humor, listening to the clamber of monsters not far behind, and you wonder what would be a better end between this and them. "My parent has never answered." Their eyes meet yours. "Then, pray to someone who will."
In which, Demigods pray not to the Ancient Olympians, but to the God who they know will answer.

working on my mount hua wip O_O
He arrives not as the storm, but the quiet before. Donned in black outer robes, inner whites, with a dark blade fastened to his side, the Plum Blossom Sword Saint steps onto the courtyard under the gaze of the people, a single arm held behind his back. Tailing his flank flocks a generation of young disciples. For such an age, they should be cowering behind his shadow, full of uneasy eyes and tight jaws, but instead, they stand tall—as if trying to imitate the unwavering trunk of the plum tree in front of them.

Mahmoud Hilles is a father of four living in Belgium - he left Gaza in 2015, and has not been able to see his children since. Mahmoud's wife suffers from chronic health issues with her kidneys, and her condition is deteriorating due to lack of medical treatment in Gaza. Now, he is asking for your kindness to help his family reach safety.
At €21,762 of his €25,000 goal, he has almost raised enough funds to help them evacuate Gaza.
Please follow Mahmoud at @hillesmahmoud and share his story so it might reach people who can donate. He misses his family dearly -- any donation you can make will help to see them reunited 🧡
