Joel ended up winning this one which surprised me quite a lot. Implying that he would go through the entire Odyssey for Lizzie but do it better. In an alternate universe, Joel would be taking a 20-year road trip in his car to see his wife again. Call that the Joelnessey.

Will is (rightfully) terrified of everyone in the misfits with the exception of Morella, not cause she isn't badass but because she's the only one who hasn't threatened to or actively beat up him or Montresor. Eulalie hit him over the head with a vase then stabbed him like a hundred times when she thought he was Monty. Berenice straight up bit him a dozen times. Pluto hit him with a fucking crowbar and tried to shoot Monty, both of these with zero hesitation. Duke got his specter and immediately beat monty's ass and successfully made Ada attack Monty which made him get attacked (Which I'm sure he 100% blames that on Duke and Ada and not even a little on Montresor.) And Lenore threatened him with a gun point blank, and while she knew the gun wasn't loaded there isn't a doubt in his mind that she would end him if Duke died. What I mean to say is that basically any time Will walks pass any of the misfits he immediately books or it or hides as well as he can without getting yelled at by Montresor.

Kuboyasu challenges Nendo, Kaidou, and Saiki to a spicy noodle eating contest, right? Saiki spends the entire time trying to gauge everyone else's responses to make sure he's responding 'normally' - he turns his sweating on, he makes his face flush, he pants, etc

but then Kaidou fucking collapses

Cue Saiki trying to figure out where that falls in the scale of normality while Kuboyasu and Nendo freak the fuck out over their little chihuahua dying

By the time they get Kaidou awake and drinking milk they look over and see that Saiki's finished his noodles cus he was eating while he was thinking and they're all ?!?!?!?!? and Saiki's like 'what.'

Saiki accidentally wins and the restaraunt takes his picture and he gets free noodles for a month and he's miserable
