Ok so basically this guy just wants to go to the store to buy a Reese's but then he sees a kid being bullied so he came help but the bully had powers and beat his ass. Then he go invited to a super hero school where they learned to hide their powers and his friend, Everytime he ate a beef jerky he could make fireballs and his other friend was like a snake charmer but with mice, and there was a talent show somewhere and he was given the choice to leave but his friends where like "But we don't want you to forget us" so he stayed and a read it when I was little and I wanna read it again

More on the Life!Scott is so Hunt aligned: Joel isn’t Hunt aligned (he’s Slaughter) but he keeps getting forced into the role of hunter because he wants to kill Scott and Scott won’t face him in a straight up fight more often then not. Also the Hunt is both predator and prey. Joel tends to refuse to make himself prey, he doesn’t usually run, he starts hitting back.

TLDR: Joel’s Slaughter who keeps getting forced into a chase he isn’t suited to because he really wants to kill Scott
