Four years ago, Jason Todd tried to kill Tim Drake in the Titans Tower.

Four years later, Tim Drake was going to be a twenty year old high school dropout, with a paralyzed left hand and a chronic sleeping disorder. And he was going to be seeing his entire adopted family back at the Wayne Manor for an entire day of… well, it wasn’t fun, but he wasn’t sure what it was.

this is just one of my favorite scenes ever! not only for the funny panel on the top left, but Alfred is so open and kind. it's adorable :>

i dont know if anyone finds jack drake as interesting as i do, but his relationship with tim really draws me in.

even without tim as robin, there is still something drawing them apart, like a mutual misunderstanding between the two. jack acts boarderline selfish in his raising of tim, but he's also grieving in the same way bruce and tim are.

instead of solving the root of the problem (even if tim would have nearly never caved), he sends his son away to cause trouble out of jack's sight. obviously, the writers had to do this for the sake of the story, but its still very sad.

people who blindly hate jack drake either see him hitting too close to home or haven't truly read him enough, and that makes me a little sad.

luckily theyre just comic books lmao

kickass steph is something i like to see :D

it annoys me that she had so many out if character 'damsel in distress' moments, but at least she gets her moment to shine here!

i think they intended tim to be cautious because jean paul was toeing the line between villain and hero, but another reason for tim to be cautious is because jean paul did try to STRANGLE TIM TO DEATH.

bruce, please stop blowing off the child.
