going to a strawberry patch was honestly the height of my aesthetic
📚 Middle-earth March - Day 18
Imagine you could not only travel to Middle-earth, but also time-travel there. So you would not only visit the Third of Fourth Age where the Lord of the Rings takes place, but maybe see the arrival of the Elves or the awakening of the Dwarves. Or, not going back that much, visit the city of Dale or the Dwarves in Moria before the Balrog was woken. Today, we were thinking about all those old maps and who would draw them, maybe while smoking a pipe and drinking a pint…
Éowyn by Matthew Stewart
Far over the plain Éowyn saw the glitter of their spears, as she stood still, alone before the doors of the silent house.

~Today’s outfit~
Tolkien art by Anato Finnstark
I wanted to draw a bunch of fruits and vegetables for a while now and finally got to it. I also can’t stop listening to Stun and Cocky, which has nothing to do with fruits or vegetables. Btw what are your favourite vegetables and fruits? I love basically everything except brussel sprouts. I want to like them and try them every time, but I just don’t like the bitter taste.
ingredients:
- 8 frozen strawberries
- 2 tbsp of honey
- 2 tbsp of lemon juice
- 4 cups of water
- mint leaves
- ice
instructions:
boil the water in a medium pot! when the water starts to boil add six of the frozen strawberries
let them boil for about ten minutes, then remove the strawberries with a fork! add honey to the strawberry water and let it sit for about 2 minutes
strain any strawberry bits out of ur juice (that part is completely optional) and then pour it into a cup/jar! add lemon juice and two frozen strawberries and let it chill in the fridge for a few hours
remove the strawberries, replace them with ice, and garnish with lemon slices and fresh or frozen strawberries and mint leaves!
most important step: take pictures and send them to me or reblog them onto this post!!
Finished it. This was a wonderful book.
Why did I wait so long to read this?

an aesthetic that will never go out of style: making others feel loved, needed, and important
Two mini paintings I got to do for @oldolonde a little while ago! Thank you so much for commissioning me, I adore the ideas for both of these lovely seaside Elven cities, and the friendly sea Maia!
