Finding out that communists in Greece attacked Ukrainian Holodomor memorial event - they're not fringe in Greece, you outta understand, they won 23 seats in parliament in '23.
Can you imagine it? I was woken up due to the air raid sirens today, I had to change my clothes to be ready to run to the shelter at a minute notice - but I was already hearing the zhzh sound of a Shaheed drone. It's terrifying; it's paralyzing, because there's always a risk of what happened to two teenagers in Odesa, who ran to the bomb shelter and got hit on the streets, never reaching it.
So I go online to check - maybe there's info about what neighborhood is it in, approximately, whether I have a chance
And what greets me is the news that communists in Greece attacked a memorial event of Ukrainians, because it's the day of remembrance of Holodomor victims. They attacked the event, the screamed at people, at Ukranians who are undergoing the second genocide right now - with their usual genocide denial and accusations that are the ideological basis of the current genocide.
russia is a terrorist state, yes; but communist ideology, insofar it furthers imperialism and genocide, is a terrorist ideology. For me, it's on the same level of Nazism.

I normally don't do this but please please vote for STALKER 2 in the steam awards. They lost developers to the war. They kept developing even when there were blackouts in Ukraine. They worked so hard. And the game, even tho I suck at it, is so good.
russia is currently executing civilians in ukrainian vovchansk. russian forces are taking civilians captive, executing people trying to escape captivity. they are also shelling the entire place with cluster munitions to kill any survivors left
Today marks 11 years since russia started war in Ukraine. 11 years ago russian troops without identifiable insignia invaded the Crimea peninsula.
Kharkiv is under massive shelling every single day. I have a friend who lives there; she's constantly experiencing blackouts caused by these bombings, and she can't study or draw properly. Not to mention, she can be injured or worse.
Please advocate sending military help, especially air defense, to Ukraine. Without it, the chances of her, my other friends, me, my family, and thousands of other Ukrainians getting killed by a freaking russian missile or drone are growing every day.
Upd: the photos are from 2022, but this pile is definitely even bigger now, because russia hasn't stopped shelling us
