Along with that comes internships, camps and all types of college programs for her to progress her career and get away from the Waynes quicker. But imagine this, instead of returning to the manor the reader has a conversation on the phone with Alfred

“Young miss, do you need assistance with your travel back to the manor? I can arrange that at once-“

“I will not return to the manor, I have enrolled in dual enrollment classes for college.”

“Are you sure, young miss? Master Bruce and the others have been waiting for you to return for quite some time. Perhaps you’d like to reschedule that for next year-“

“Did you also have Julia reschedule her life around Bruce’s? Did she forgive you after you spent her life replacing her with a child not of your flesh or blood? Did she wish to see you?”

Ok so, I did dual enrollment too buttt reader can't leave because she's still underaged. Bruce can still legally make her live with him and tbh it's gotham and Bruce is a billionaire and owns basically all the city. I love the bit about Julia and Alfred tho! that's really creative. It’s just that reader is completely different. Instead of having snake like abilities she’s basically a super genius that cares a lot about her family but after Tiffany came in she just decided it didn’t matter that much after all. She started abusing the fact that she’s a Wayne and started funding numerous of her projects mostly about a space station and some for personally research materials. So many things happening all at once that Tiffany couldn’t keep and she slip, I imagine she’s trying to hack in Reader’s personal stuff in order to track and keep an eye on her(to see what’s more to steal from her) reader on the other hand is amused and decided to do some digging. She’s the one who finds out the stuff Tiffany is doing but she didn’t do anything about it. Not her circus not her problem.

Eventually some of her projects launch of and in order to lay low decided to present it in a different name and a her own company which she made sure doesn’t trace her back to the Wayne’s. Due to the success of her own company she completely cut off ties from the Wayne and then her space station successfully launch as well. It’s made the headlines cause the station is so futuristic it’s like it came from a sci-fi movie or book. Reader got connected to some very powerful people cause she still need the money after all and all she needed to do is make weapons for them. And if some of her clients will be using them against a certain batfamily she didn’t really care.

Eventually she found out that the batfam is looking for her and Tiffany is suddenly. It didn’t take a genius hah to figure out what happened. And she’s so excited because she’s been WAITING for this. She made a hyper realistic droid that is 100% her clone. Its purpose? To terrorize the Waynes. The plan? To have clone do exactly what Tiffany had been doing but this time she’s going to make sure she did it BETTER.

Just slapping them in the face with “You never care before so why start now? You’re only doing this because of your guilt. Would you still feel the same way if I had done the same as SHE did? What now? Are you still going to vie for my forgiveness when I did something so DESPICABLE.”

I don’t care! I liked them because they were good characters with intrigue not because they were good people with integrity and honor and morals. I just want some interesting characters.

I cannot stand little finger but I liked him as a character because he is well written. Like why would I expect Ned Starks in different fonts all over Westeros.

Like I’m not reading characters from this world expecting moral people that carry the same beliefs as modern world. I don’t expect characters that act like they’re from our time. And that’s why I don’t like or just don’t care for the characters of Hotd because they’re poorly written flimsy self insert.

i kinda want Grace’s family to be normal so reader feels more comfortable with them. they show her it’s ok to just be you, you don’t have to be running around doing mafia things all the time to be part of a family. they’re basically readers safe place, where she gets away from her chaotic life.
