If you’re asking what program I used to draw, color, and animate, it was all done in Photoshop cs5.

I played a Luigi dream team demo and he looked so dang cute!  ^//////^ So here's a quick Luigi thing.

I did this for practice to see what it'd feel like to use one of the pallets. My sister suggested #13 and then I thought Bee and Puppycat would fit   the color scheme.
