On sale tomorrow is Satoshi Kon’s first long-form manga Tropic of the Sea.

It’s strange to call it Kon’s debut work, but this is his earliest work to be translated into English and his first manga in English as well. Already the work is getting some attention being a unanimous selection for Pick of the Week at the Manga Bookshelf (link).

I’ll also be one of the judges for the Night Darling Cosplay contest from 3-4p (kids) and 4-5p (adults). After that, Drew Gutierrez and I will be doing the ART IMPROV from 5-5:45p.
