i face death in the hope that when you meet your match, you will be mortal once more. — r.a.b.
Maybe I’ll do like close up portraits of all of them
okay but hear me out:
In first year Remus never told anyone when his birthday was
The marauders made a big fuss on birthdays
Until Sirius asked McGonnagal
She told them because they were super annoying
Remus wakes up on his birthday thinking it would be a normal day
Instead wakes up to his friends holding balloons, gifts and a sign that said “Happy Birthday Remu”
They blamed James
Remus was utterly shocked at his friends
Tries convincing them today is not his birthday and they shouldn’t celebrate
“Nonsense. This is gonna be LEGENDARY”
They sing him happy birthday in the Great Hall too
And whenever they come into each other in the halls
And at dinner
To end the day they sneak out past midnight to the astrology tower
They gift Remus a cake (It said again “Remu”)
Remus goes to bed so happy because he has the best friends ever
i’m trying to get over my måneskin obsession and this doesnt help!!
Måneskin’s Victoria De Angelis and Damiano or Marlene and Sirius¿ you choose ig
Sirius: May i sit here?
Remus: That’s my lap.
Sirius: That doesn’t answer my question, Remus.
I’ve got a clear vision in my head of a young Remus coming back from full moons and missions for the Order with only the strength to put on slippers before he’s out like a light.
To anyone thinking Sirius is an only-dog person, may i remind you of this beautiful friendship ♥
(In my head Sirius is a disney princess… ‘cause > friend with Crookshanks, Buckbeak, random exotic birds, a whole bunch of animal sidekicks ! … And i’m sure he lured all the rats he eated by singing, come on)
(another very very stupid thought > he was helped by aquatic mammals to escape Azkaban and swim to the shore… Picture that)
Remus tells Sirius he loves him at least a hundred times a day, hoping that, eventually, Sirius will allow himself to feel like he can be loved. It was difficult, at first, seeing his eyes well up every time those three words left Remus’ mouth, the wave of doubt washing over him, but now, the tears are gone, and in their place, rosy cheeks and a shrewd grin. I love you, but that’s the stupidest idea I’ve ever heard. I’m going to the library, love you. Don’t be silly, you know I love you. The final I love you comes at night, when the boys are laying together in bed, legs tangled together and heads sharing the same pillow. I can’t give you all the love you deserve, but we’ll start with this. I love you, Remus whispers, pulling Sirius in close and kissing him softly.
Canis Major Constellation by Cocorrina
Canis Major is a constellation in the southern sky. Its name means “the greater dog” in Latin.
Canis Major represents the bigger dog following Orion, the hunter in Greek mythology. The dog is often depicted pursuing a hare, represented by the constellation Lepus. The smaller dog is represented by the neighboring constellation Canis Minor. Both constellations were first catalogued by Ptolemy in the 2nd century.
Canis Major is home to Sirius, the brightest star in the sky, as well as to several notable deep sky objects: the Canis Major Dwarf Galaxy, the open cluster Messier 41, the emission nebula NGC 2359 (also known as Thor’s Helmet), and the colliding spiral galaxies NGC 2207 and IC 2163.
