Metallica experienced it among diehard fans of the Kill 'Em All era and the new fans that came with the Black Album: it's inevitable (laughs). When the Black Album came out in 1991, the fan base that came with it was incredible, and it's still there thirty-two years later! Makes you wonder who the die hard fans really are:
