In our thing of some of the characters having watched the TV Show in-universe, I think it would be a fun little fourth wall break if one of them referred to him not as ‘the Doctor’ but as his number.
“Twelve is my favourite, but I’ve been enjoying you more than I thought actually, you’re growing on me Fifteen.”
“Sorry, Fifteen?”
“You know, for the number of body you’re on. Obviously I know you’re not really, but even before the infinite regenerations and memory-loss thing, we’d have had to have Ten and then Eleven but he’s still Ten cus you regenerated into yourself — personally I’m still not sold on Fourteen and Ten-three being different enough to earn a full number, but eh we’re going with you as Fifteen, I’ve adjusted. And the numbers aren’t strict numerical order anyway, I mean what were we supposed to do when we found out there was a secret one between Eight and Nine, re-number everyone? And that’s to say nothing of the alternate Eight. I just call him-”
