so i’ve thought more about this…
Mostly only young up and coming pro heroes participate. They get put in a bunch of random teams and at the end of the day the 1st place team gets a medallion. There’s about 2/3 hosts, it changes every year. One time deku was a host but he rambled all throughout the event and the viewers got annoyed. Camie also got to be a host and mirio, tamaki and nejire hosted together at some point
what if mha had isac. every year you get a bunch of pro heroes together, locked them in a stadium for a day, forced them to play sports without using their quirks and broadcast it for the whole world to see
Lunar Chronicles headcannon:
Thorne got a fake ID to gamble and drink when he was a teenager, and ended up joining the military with it. By the time he's a fugitive with Cinder, he forgets he told everyone the wrong age. So he's actually like 18 instead of 20 the whole time, making all of the character dynamics on the Rampion make a lot more sense (including his relationship with 16 year old Cress)
Dropping the latest Patreon Sketch-a-Wish, voted on by my lovely Patreon members for November! One of the peak scenes from Winter of The Lunar Chronicles Series by Marissa Meyer, featuring Cress and Thorne! Cress was my favorite character of the series, simply because of the harrowing nature of her story-line. (her satellite??) Given that each of the four main leads are retellings of classic fairytales, I think Cress and Thorne had the most clever adaptation. After doing a second couple illustration from the series, I'm getting the urge to complete the set. Especially, Scarlett + Wolf, who have one of the most satisfying reunion scenes I've read thus far. Prints available in bio link!
