I just broke the game
If my mutuals can’t rb this then we can’t be mutuals
I forgot that when I do a more painterly style I just basically do everything in one layer idk why
Guys i don't even know what to do, i am so stuck and every move i can make is wrong. My job gives me money and something stable for rental applications, because i want to move out of my parent's house so so badly and have been trying for so long. At the same time it is actively breaking me down mentally and physically, and i would prefer to leave my job alive. But i can't quit without having something lined up after, and i really can't keep changing jobs just to have to quit after a few months. I know that I'm gonna have to figure out some way to sustain myself on my own and that is bloody terrifying. And that also means that i can't move out, which would also affect my friends, but i really need to get out of my parent's place god help me
Role swap! aka a fun little idea I had for something that would be cool to see in game but would probably be pretty hard to program.
Specific thoughts on this feature below the cut:
In-game you get to select options and the Narrator reads them out
You get limited options bc coding this would already be a nightmare
The Narrator sometimes disobeys you — less options to code and we finally get to feel his pain ;)
If you make a grammatically incorrect sentence or just mash words together the Narrator bullies you and then doesn’t obey
This comic depicts my designs but the way I’d imagine it in-game I think the Narrator just takes control of the first person POV. No physical form for him
I'm in a bit of a pickle.. i need a mobility aid so that i can stay at my job without my disabilities interfering as much, but i can't use a mobility aid bc my work isn't accessible so either way i guess i can't work there..
Feeling silly might change up my Stanley design a bit
HURRICANE ADVICE FROM A FLORIDIAN!
Make sure you've got shelf-stable food and water for everyone in the house, including pets. The rule of thumb is a gallon per person per day. Freeze water bottles if you want cold water.
Make sure you have enough meds!
Make sure you have batteries, candles, flashlights, and a manual can opener.
Make sure your electronics, including backup batteries, are charged. Unplug things you don't want fried in case of a power surge.
Don't tape your windows, it doesn't help and you'll just be stuck scrubbing goo off of them later.
Put a mug of frozen water in it in your freezer with a quarter on top of it. If your freezer defrosts, the ice will melt and the quarter will sink and tell you you need to throw things out.
Get everything that's not nailed to a foundation out of your yard. That dead branch hanging on by a thread? Time to get it down (it was probably time to do that three days ago, but now’s better than never).
Park away from powerlines and trees if you can. Rain makes the ground soft and then trees fall over.
Have an evacuation plan to a shelter. Evacuate if they’re telling you to.
If you start to flood, don't go in your attic. You'll get trapped if the water rises too high and you can't hack through your roof. This happened to a lot of people in Texas and Louisiana. Get ON the roof.
Be safe, be well <3
Ayyyyy
Ayyy let's go
