• hot girl walks in autumn weather

• drinking tea in a cute mug, early in the morning

• study dates with the girls (library, cafe, so cute)

• meditating outside, breathing in that fresh autumn air girllll

• reading/book shopping

• gua sha + skin care routine + lash/eyebrow serum

• working out like a pink pilates muscle mommy

• journaling + self improvement/healing

• long soaks in the bath, epson salt, bubbles, essential oils, candles, everything girl

• manifesting/daydreaming (one of my favs)

There is nothing like sleeping in on a Saturday and having breakfast that will benefit my future self.

fall in love with the process of whatever journey you’re on. if you’re in love with it, you won’t get bored of it and want to stop. you’ll continue to work on the journey every step of the way until you finally get to your destination.

a fresh start is a mindset— actions come after

social media should not be your only escape— get a hobby, find some friends, or spend time with family.

the energy you give circles back

it’s okay to outgrow people, and it’s also okay for them to outgrow you too

speak to people and treat them in ways that if they were to die tomorrow, you would be satisfied for what your last memories of them would be

you don’t have to be extreme, just consistent
