CIRCULATING — since dream academy will only just end once I shift there , a perfect world would mean no rumors going around just yet. But alas, most of our fans so far are kpop fans—the messy kind, of course—therefore it's only natural for them to find a problem with something about the final line up, even before we were chosen.

This video was messy, to say the least. To summarize: the creator went on a 30 minute rant about each contestant on the show, giving their very honest opinion about us based on our first appearances. It was posted a couple hours after the first episode aired and to say they were quick with it would be an understatement. I find myself on Twitter during one of my breaks from training and I see me—quite literally—at the center of a discussion between viewers of DA: "Did Yuuna really deserve her spot on Dream Academy?" ... According to the post, "Yuuna doesn't have enough experience in the [music] industry to participate in a show, a survival show out of everything too ... She should just stay an actress or a model or whatever instead of "joining" Dream Academy because it'll just be embarrassing when the judges stop accepting her briberies and she's one of the first-" The thread was lengthy but why I destroy my peace for people—twitter fans especially? I couldn't bring myself to care enough anyways.

This rumor was honestly so fun to watch . It all started when Giselle shared a photo on her Instagram wearing a white lace tank top (like the one in the photo) and a backwards cap. It was already hinted that Giselle and I had been friends since their debut era, so I didn't think much when I posted a selfie of myself wearing the same clothing pieces. Oh, how I was so wrong.. According to Soompi and Netizens , "Giselle had been in 'girlfriend' mode since Yuuna was revealed to be a contestant on Dream Academy, even going as far as commenting on posts she would personally share on the survival shows account." Honestly, we both thought it was stupid, since we were just really close friends. Then again, that photo definitely lead to a chain of events : random photos with the other's shadow peeking in the background , subtle mentions of each other during work hours, and ...questionable moments between the two of us were discovered and theories were spreading quickly. I'm pretty sure Netizens are currently sitting here practicing their shocked reactions while waiting for Dispatch to finally confirm the rumors TT.

BACKGROUND: Before the modern age of Jujutsu, when curses were able to roam around freely and the influence of sorcerers was almost non-existent, an entity, 魂伝導 (Tamashī Dendō), rose to power. Written in ancient history and passed down from ancestor to ancestor, this curse wasn't just a curse but a force of nature itself—a collection of ionized cursed energy and the anger from the Gods above. This entity was known for consuming ancient beasts and taking the form and ability of the creature. Anyone who was able to capture and consume a piece of this force was considered to have part of it inside of them, though very few were capable of doing so. Clans all over Japan hunted for the curse, hoping to possess the power themselves. Legends tell of a sorcerer—a master at astral projection—who climbed the tallest mountains and lived there for decades, believing the Gods would channel their energy into him and create a pathway between him and the afterlife. One fateful day changed everything: after a day filled with meditation and leaving offers for the above night had fallen and the man, gathering his last offerings before bed, was struck by an strong bolt of lightning unprompted. As folklore tells it, he believed his years of devotion had been rewarded, that his Gods had chosen him and were ready to provide him with the afterlife he deserved. However, moments after the lightning bolt hit, a wave of energy—cursed energy—surged through him. That's when the man realized he wasn't divinely blessed, he was connected to the wrath of his Gods itself. This powerful force fused with his soul, leaving his body behind. The sorcerer did not ascend to the heavens but instead was transformed into a plasmic entity, a force of nature and he lived the rest of his life forever bound to the very essence of 魂伝導. News of this mishap spread throughout Japan, filling clan leaders with avarice, desire. For years now, members of these clans tried every attempt to obtain these powers for themselves, hoping to unlock the full potential of 魂伝導 and claim dominion over the world. Expeditions were launched, prayers were recited, people were told to have gone mad over this demand for power.

After generations of failure from even the strongest sorcerers, Yumi Komatsu, raised in a modest and small town by her grandparents, was born with this connection to this curse. She remained unaware of her destiny until one seemingly ordinary day when a white-haired man with bright blue eyes emerging from the slit of his shades appeared on her doorstep, asking for her by name.

INNATE TECHNIQUE: 加熱電流 (Kanetsu Denryū) — Heated Currents

⊹˖ 加熱電流 is an innate technique that allows the user to generate and manipulate plasma by forcefully combining extreme heat with one's cursed energy. Since plasma doesn't naturally occur in the Earth's atmosphere, the user excites air molecules through her cursed energy, stripping the electrons and creating plasma curves. While natural plasma may scatter easily, I am able to stabilize it with my cursed energy, allowing it to be shaped and controlled.

⊹˖ As the material is excruciatingly hot, plasma is a natural weapon for me as I am able to shape it without applying any of my previous training from the Zen'in clan into my methods. Alone, 加熱電流 is mainly used for attacks based on burning, shocking, or vaporizing curses !!

CURSED TECHNIQUE: 電漿幻躯 (Denshō Genku) — Plasma Phantom Form

⊹˖ 電漿幻躯 combines the ability of plasma generation with shikigami summoning, a Zen'in clan special, allowing the user to use plasma-based shikigami that can absorb, refine, and weaponize cursed energy through the electromagnetic and ionization process. Through special training, I was able to exercise my CT and transfer a curse's cursed energy into 加熱電流, including their shape.

Disclaimer! if the user isn't careful with their use of their plasm, in shikigami form or not, it can burn through anything and everything, potentially harming the user themselves. +

So far, I'm able to summon four shikigamis, each with a constantly shifting look...

毒蛇 (Dokuja) — Poisionous Serpent : A long, ghostly blue serpent. With a thick and muscular body and needle-like fangs, surrounds and circles its victim before injecting plasma vemon into them and dissolving the cursed energy within (also used as a rollercoaster escape device).

遊び狐 (Asobi Kitsune) — Playful Fox : A small, semi-transparent white fox with gold glimmering eyes and nine tails each tipped with red, plasma-like light. With a small yet agile body, she dashes at high speeds, chasing after or confusing her prey on where she'll be next. When they least expect it, she pounces on them with brute force, leaving them immobilized (also known as: Hikari, my silly little fox).

蜘蛛 (Kumo) — Spider : a small, black spider composed of cursed energy. With its eight tiny eyes and sticky, thick webbing, it's mainly used for sensing and trapping its prey while draining cursed energy.

雷竜 (Rairyū) — Thunder Dragon : A large deep violet dragon with its scale appearing to be made out of glowing electric currents. It's extremely fast and strong, burning through the toughest barriers and combating with intense heat and electromagnetic charges with it's breath.

...no one truly knows how many shikigamis are found within this technique, these are the only ones discovered so far.

CURSED TOOLS: They are usually provided by the school or, in special cases, borrowed from Maki. My technique does get exhausting at times so during missions that require high stamina, I usually carry around a cursed tool, small and easy to move around with, just in case :)

Ichiro Nakagawa is Jujutsu High’s golden boy, Gojo’s protégé, and a menace with power to back up his mouth. Raised by the strongest since he was a kid, he’s a prodigy in the purest (and most infuriating) sense—fast, fearless, and skilled. He treats cursed spirits like target practice or casual warm-ups, all with a smug grin that makes enemies seethe(inherited no doubt from the man that raised him). Too cocky for his own good but too damn strong to prove wrong.

My cursed technique;

The cursed technique is as sharp as his tongue and twice as deadly. A brutal fusion of arachnid threads and blades, it turns him into a living arsenal—razor-thin threads slicing through flesh, obsidian fangs sprouting mid-strike, limbs moving with the lethal grace of a predator on the hunt. His technique isn’t just about cutting—it’s about trapping, his webs weaving unseen death before his opponent even knows they’re caught. Fast, relentless, and impossible to pin down.

Personality;

Ichiro Nakagawa is the human embodiment of a fox—sharp, cocky, and always a step ahead of the mess he creates. The kind of guy who fights like he has nothing to lose and talks like he’s already won. His confidence isn’t just bravado; it’s backed by raw talent and years of training. He knows he’s strong, and he sees no reason to pretend otherwise. Snark is his default language, and if he can turn a fight—or a conversation—into a game, he absolutely will. Yet despite his sharp edges, Ichiro isn’t heartless. He cares, just not in an obvious way. His loyalty runs deep. He’ll mock you relentlessly but throw himself into a fight the second you’re in danger—though he’ll absolutely complain about it afterward.

Blaise felt that he was a rather normal man. 

He grew up in a somewhat broken home—though he doubted anybody’s was truly perfect—with a good mom who hung around bad men. Bad men who helped him know what a good man was. 

He’d learned early on what not to be. Treat women with respect, open the doors for them and pull their chairs in unless they stated otherwise. Protect them from dangerous assholes that would want nothing more than to break their hearts. Make sure that you’re an emotionally mature man, don’t invalidate their feelings and don’t act like a holier than thou kind of man. Respect them in a positive way, in a way that would make someone feel cherished and loved beyond belief. 

Maybe he had fallen off his rails when he began to hang out with the Slytherin boys more often. He found himself sleeping around with different women from time to time—though his manners remained the same even still. Opening the door to his bedroom became a regular occurrence in Fifth Year, though he kept the door to his heart shut off to even the closest of his friends. 

That was until you came along. 

A lovely girl that he had been paired up with during a Potions project, completely innocent in a way that he had never met before. You hadn’t wanted Blaise for sex, for money, or for anything else that would annoy him. You never hated him either, though he wasn’t sure whether you hated anyone that you knew. 

He had relearned himself when he began to hang out with you more. He held the door to the library instead of to his bedroom, and he had offered his heart in slow but sure increments. It was romantic and it was sweet, and it was everything that he had ever possibly needed to change. 

And if he used his experiences with them to know how to treat you? It was nothing more than basic human decency to him now.

“Who’s this in your wallet?” 

“What?” Blaise asked confusedly, looking over at his friends. He hadn’t hung out with them for a while, mostly because he had been hanging out with you so much. That wasn’t a bad thing on his part, at least not through his perception.

He hadn’t even noticed that Mattheo and Lorenzo had stolen his wallet until he had turned around. “This girl. In your wallet.” Lorenzo said, holding his opened wallet. There was a polaroid photo of him and you in there that his mother had taken of you both—hidden away in the kitchen with you resting on the counter.

“Who is it?” Mattheo repeated.

Blaise hummed and took the wallet back from his friends. “My girlfriend.” he murmured.

“Oh?” Theodore said, leaning over the couch. He had a smirk on his face that was hidden by his cigarette. “That’s who’s taken you away from us?”

“Mhm.” he nodded blankly at them. “I’m going on a date with her later, so I can’t stay long.”

“She’s pretty.” Mattheo whistled. “She good in bed?”

Blaise scowled at him, scoffing at his question. He hadn’t realized just how much his friends obsessed over sex, not until recently. “None of your business.”

“Whatever.” Mattheo rolled his eyes.

“Down bad.” Lorenzo chuckled, gently shoving Blaise’s arm. “We’ve still missed you though. New drama that happened, y’know.”

Blaise hummed quietly and looked over at Lorenzo. “Like what?”

“Theo and Pans are dating!” Lorenzo said excitedly. 

Blaise raised his eyebrows curiously, looking over at Theodore. “Congratulations.”

“Thanks.” Theodore murmured.

Blaise sat down on the couch and opened his wallet again, looking over the photos his mom had taken again. He had introduced you just recently, though you two had clicked immediately. He remembered how his mom had taken to you as soon as you walked through the door, borderline ignoring him for you.

He didn’t quite mind though, he really thought you deserved it. 

Maybe he’d introduce you to his friends soon. Only if you suggested it first though. As much as he had slowly distanced himself from their behaviors recently, he still considered them decent people.

“Okay but, are we not gonna talk about Blaise turning into a sap?” Mattheo chuckled. “A picture of her in his wallet? Really?”

“Never heard of that before.” Theodore whispered conspiratorially next to Blaise's ear. “He’s leashed up like a dog, I bet.”

Lorenzo laughed out loud at that. “Blaise’s a dog now?”

Blaise sighed dramatically, rubbing his hand over his forehead. Maybe he should distance himself further.
